Easy and simple but unclear in the overall process. It will lock you into its linear interface without telling you what's left or how to go and take more pix. The worst part is not being able to switch to motorcycles if needed.
The process taking the photos is easy and user friendly at this point, I have submitted all requirements kemper insurance photos inspection wanted from me. Now let see the waiting time, how long will it takes to process and appraise damaged vehicle. It is totaled loss. Hopefully, it can get it done as soon as possible. Because the damage vehicle was sitting at someone parking lot other than collectable impounded lot, for almost one ml month from October 2, 2019 until now October 29, 2019.
Not difficult to use, but it takes your valuable time to do this process, when you weren't at fault. Why do I need to do this, when this whole thing could have been avoided. And apparently you need to use lower case letters for the vin number, when the actual vin# letters are CAPITALIZED. Don't feel the need to take a whole video of the entire vehicle, only the damaged part. Takes time out of my life for something i have no fault.
Average Experience for an insurance company app. It asks you to input the vehicles Vin, when I had already taken two pictures of the vehicles Vin. After experiencing damage to my vehicle, I think this is an unnecessary hoop for an insurance company to make me jump through in order to rectify the problem I have experienced.
Simple and very explanatory. Much faster and easy to do rather than waiting for adjusters and insurance companies to get it done. Thanks Kemper app.
Time-consuming, inefficient and in my case useless. At least the photo app part of it. Not user-friendly.
I struggled getting g my camera to connect with the app even though it said it was connected but inc3 I figured that out it was easy and I think it's a great idea and a time saver

well I have to say my experience when it came to my son's car Austin Boland Michael jump was his adjuster and that was a long process over 15 days I wasn't a very happy camper and I still feel he shouldn't have had to pay $500 deductible his wheel fell off his car

I initially had problem trying to get past the settings at the beginning of the app, but I had to eventually turn on permissions for everything on my Android Galaxy S6. Then it finally let me go forward to take all the pictures. That part was very very cool and explanatory. I was pleased with the experience.
