Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan Admissions 2019-20
The app uses both English and Hindi for instructions and explanations. You can switch between the English and Hindi versions from within the app. However, all inputs provided by you must be in English.
Using this application, you can -
1. Register a child's application
2. Fill in the child's and parents' details
3. Select up to 3 choices of Kendriya Vidyalayas in India
4. Specify service priority categories for determining priority of the child's application
5. Upload the child's passport sized photo and date of birth certificate for verification
6. Preview the application before submitting it
7. Submit the application
8. Check the status of the application
9. Re-apply using previously saved data or fill a fresh application
10. Save draft application
This application has a facility to fill the form without access to internet once you have registered and logged in. You will however need internet connection to finally submit the form.
Data you fill in the application using this app will be shared with Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan for consideration of your child's application only if after you finally submit the form.

OTP not sent to mobile. Due to the OTP issue unable to submit application. Please resolve ASAP. April 11 is the last date to submit application
KVS INDORE, M.P. OTP not received and no response on help desk number, i have call many times but not picked up.
OTO issues while registration. OTO doesn't come even when u click resend the OTP.
OTP not receive many a lot moments tried. Translation in Hindi incorrect...
Admission list Reslesd as per web site update but not show in app..
This app not going beyond school selection page...trying since morning. Have reopened the app many times, restarted the phone many times but same issue. Tried to login from other system but up to school selection everything is fine and stuck at the same page. I suggest app should be thoroughly tested at testing phase so that public may not suffer.
Main drawback of the app is here you have only one option to choose school. I suggested every one use updated window software . Android is not working properly in every smartphone.
The age limit is updated as 5 year.still the app shows Apr 1 2016 as max limit
great but when i save my transfer detail and it can not be editable in app but i can change it on desktop site before submitting. and after choose the save and preview option the retirement column is blank and i go back to fill it but it is not available. although i submitted the form without the retirement date.
There are so many students want to admit in higher classes from other schools (I am also cleared class 8th and looking to admit in Class 9th KVS) but there us only a option to admit in Class 1st only. I req the developer to edit the app and to give the options of class 1st to 12th. Thank You.

My child is 5 years 9 months old,but he s not eligible for class 1 as per new guidelines. School will be start after June or July before that he will be 6. He is almost 6 years old ... But the system is not allowed us to apply ... Is DOB is 29.06.2016 .. totally disappointed with the new guidelines for age .. kindly reconsider this .. kindly update the 2016 birth kids for class 1
It's really pathetic condition of all parents, Already my child finished 3 years pre schooling. As per NEP2020 rule age restriction not able to register /apply. Don't know what to do
Just one word AWESOME, Its a great app through which i filled my daughter form within 15 min only... I would convey a great thaxs to KVS, for all the smooth fuctioning during filling the form. Not a single stage i got trouble and am very thxs ful to all your support team to develop such a trouble free app. Thxs alot KVS.

great and persistent help. hats off to Team KVS. application got uploaded now. delighted. not able to upload documents i.e. birth certificate and child's photo. seeking urgent help on this. getting error : file upload not successful due to undefined. i have checked file size and renamed both file accordingly. pdf and jpeg both tried.

App working perfectly fine. Save option is of great help. Only issue is I could not find the choice of grandparents while selecting school for service category 1. Please assist.

Excellent UI... User friendly...Even a layman can apply for his child online... I could finish the application in just 15-20 min. The save option is really helpful . Thank you for making our work easy to apply online.
I was also applying for my child on 11.02.2022 but it failed many times. Please guide whether registration is open for class -1 for session 2022-23 is still open or not. Thanks. The app responded very bad and crashed. Many times it was not accepting captcha and resulted in null.
This is very ghatiya app. I really don't like this aap. Because whenever I try to copy captcha code there sees code is invalid . I want admission for my son . But My son will not get admission in this school because I can't fill the registration and login form.😡😡😡
Not able to view uploaded docs. I have uploaded .pdf file of child's birth certificate and recent photo .jpg file. Both of them are of size less than 256Kb. On trying to upload image file the name of file changes automatically. Also not able to download and view the uploaded docs.
Not getting options to select choice of school. I need to select BADARPUR kvs But showing other all schools names instead of BADARPUR one. Do something before last date.
