I love the app when it works, but it shuts down all the time. If I get a text, if I plug the phone in, anything that plays a notification tone...NSR shuts off and I have to restart it. I would expect it to stop for a second while the tone plays, and then go back to the music but no...just stops completely. It also just stops playing on its own...no rhyme or reason...just stops and I have to re launch it.
Update 4/23/16. -- just got galaxy 7 and your app still doesn't work. The only thing that works is the radio function. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still can't get news or tour dates. Website is more up to date than app. Ready to uninstall.
Only thing is i cant log into twitter with my android :((
I used to LOVE this app but the past few months, it isn't working properly. It fails to load properly and won't let me create the countdown for my show. Not a huge deal, I get that but it is a feature I used to enjoy.
There's no concert dates up to start a countdown! Please fix!

App is working again! Thanks NSR!!!!! For the last 2 days, I can open the app, but no music will play. Please fix!!! I need my NSR!! 12-28-15 App still will not work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. Please fix!! I need my NSR!!

Every time I try opening the app, it keeps closing. I've already tried removing and reloading.

I have had NSR app ever since it came out. The update from Nov caused it to have no volume. Changed phones. Still no volume on . Please fix the App so I can get my Kenny fix.
The website is more up to date than the app especially with tours. Jpegs for items in the store appear very small on note 4.

App opens and doesn't play audio I've tried reinstalling and cache clear but nothing has worked on my tab s 8.4 but works perfectly on my iPhone please help!

I've never had so many problems with the single app. It was updating almost every other day and finally kept saying updates failed. No shoes radio will not play. Uninstall the app and reinstalled it and it still doesn't work. Sorry sorry Kenny this thing needs to get fixed
