Kenosha Area Transit

The purpose of the KAT application is to provide navigation around Kenosha, using the Kenosha buses. By using the route function and entering a start and end address, you can get a detailed description of how to get where you want to go using Kenosha buses. By using black and white QR codes found on bus stop signs and scanning them with the KAT application, you can get a list of the routes, times, and directions of buses coming to that stop,

times are wrong.. stood at bus stop for 20 min, app said 3 busses departed but I never saw a bus when trying to find a departure time, it might be nice if the app told you which way the bus was going? lame forget the QR codes, very few of the bus stop signs have them uninstalled use Google maps instead

Doesnt even deserve the whole star, the bus arrival times dont even work. Itll tell u 3/5 hours later for next stop. U call the transit station and they tell u not to use this app. So how the hell are u supposed to know when the next bus w arrive at what stops. It seems like they dont want people riding the buses anymore.

No improvements or repairs made that I can tell on issues mentioned in my review posted on 3/17/18. Stick with paper schedules available on buses or download PDFs of paper schedule to your phone from the City of Kenosha website.

Fun fact, this app was created but UW Parkside students years ago. So no surprise that it never gets updated, since the city doesn't actually maintain this.

Makes my commute so much easier, no more reading a long bus schedule, just scan and I know exactly how long I need to wait!
