The app has suffered an update, and no longer recognises credentials. I initially tried to get the library service assistance to advise, but they needed to refer to higher tier support.
Very handy app for checking stock in all Kent libraries. Also very handy for renewing your books if you haven't quite finished them in time.
Clear and easy to use. It has made renewing and reserving books a great deal easier.
This new app is useless. Managed to sign in, then couldn't access my details so uninstalled and re-installed. Now I can't even sign in.
Not a bad app but needs the ability to book a library pc. This is difficult on the mobile website.
Rubbish. Worked fine until the update now won't even open. Lost all my history and online books.
It alright to make me give it 5 stars it needs a mode where I can reserve books via the app not just view them.

It constantly says not connecting to server
Unable to even log in. Does not recognise me. Renewed my book load online instead. I will delete the app as its pointless.
Badly designed. Should be a setting which says choose from local holdings only, choose categories etc. Okay if you know exactly what you're after, but even then unless you're happy to pay for it to come from outside the area it probably won't have it anyway. And what is the exact point of the barcode thing? Unless I'm missing something here if you have a barcode you've already got the book anyway.
Won't open since it updated today. Please fix it.
This app could be so much better. It takes you to webpages too often, which you can't easily navigate back to the app from. The search & reserve functions (surely the main reason for using it) are poor. After an initially promising start - the successful scan of your library card & entering of your PIN - you imagine saving time & effort never having to type or scan it again. Not so. Try hitting the eBooks button - you'll be taken out of the app to a (not particularly easily searchable) KCC webpage, inviting you to download yet another (very Americanised) app which deals just with eBooks. And guess what, you have to put in your details all over again. The single most important thing for this app would be a great search facility, which is lacking. You shouldn't be taken out of app, it should be capable of doing it all. Another great addition would be user generated ratings, recommendations and reviews.
I wish it was easier to search for books
A wonderful app. Simple to use. No need for any more overdue library books as you're only a click away from renewing. You can order books (so no need to waste money on buying books that you only read once (and lets face it, that is most of them.) The only thing that would make it even better would be to store and select between mine and my daughters library card. Having said that, it's not that difficult to do now.... : ) Well done.
I have an LG3 , and since the latest update it won't let me access anything except my account. All other options tell me I need to connect to the internet. My phone is connected.
Reliable app to renew books search for authors & reserve boooks
Worked initially but now doesn't want to load beyond red flash screen (on Nexus 5).
Has been useful up until now. Edited to add that it's now working fine with the update. A good app.
Really useful app just wish I could add my two children's accounts as they are the main library users at the moment. Is there anyway I can do this as this would make it 5 stars for me.
I can check which books I have borrowed and renew them before getting a fine. Useful! Also you can reserve books and do searches. Can't ask for more in a library app.
the only thing that there is to comment on is the fact that you ciuld not find the avaliable dvds to borrow
Just what I needed!
When I find & reserve books it's shown, but I can only surmise my books are available by the fact that they've vanished from my reservations list. Can it not state that it's available for pick up. Would make it a 5

Used to be great, but after an update I can no longer sign in. Credentials not recognised. Same details work fine via browser and other reviews show same problem so definitely not user error. Please fix as this is a great resource to have when it works.
