App is a joke. It is a collection of links that literally opens my web browser to do anything. Which makes this app a worthless waste of space. Just log in through the web browser and save space on your phone. I believe this is the third time I have deleted this app in as many years. So it's not like I haven't given it a chance

The app is very minimal at best. Doesn't even include the basic functions of an app. No access to your member portal. Extremely outdated.

This has stopped working as far as the "my account" part. Have been trying to pay my bill for 3 days. Had to go to their website and log in to pay.

My app isn't working at all. I have refreshed it several times and still nothing. I use it to pay my bill

Works well. A whole lot of unnecessary content that has nothing to do with my account, but it also has the information I need.

I can nolonger get mykyfb app to work! What's happening? Please help! Thank you

Have not been able to log into my account for over a week.

It won't even let me log in

Ehh, not much use in the app, should add the ability to pay your bill from app, print insurance cards, start a claim, etc instead of linking over to website

Need to fix proof of insurance

There should be a screen that will bring up your proof of insurance card... I tried to set the default startup page to MyKFB, and it pops up with media instead. I noticed that every other default page that you select, except for the first two or three, all pop up with the incorrect screen... Lastly, I used the app to download Adobe to try to read my documents, as they would show blank within a separate pop-up window from the desktop version and not at all from the mobile app. It froze with noway outofGoogle

Love the app this is how I make my payment without having to go to an office. However the past few days it has been forceclosing on me.

Very poor app. No sense in having it at this rate.
