Convenient and useful for the basic needs,including bill pay but it costs more to use it than directly calling or going out to Walmart to make payments..
The app keeps saying something went wrong on their end. My bill ended up being late because I couldn't pay. It let me on once to pay today, then immediately failed again
It's not showing my latest bill payment and it's saying I have 0$ balance when I know better than that because I talked to an actual worker who confirmed otherwise
I had Kentucky Power for 4 years and my bill was never under $400.00 and the higest bill was in Feb 2018 was almost $900.00! Just out stright up high. My deposit was $380.00 4 years ago. I recently moved to Licking Valley Recc. My deposit was $270.00. And I know for sure electric is cheaper through Licking Valley RECC.
Easy to use, view everything including bill and past payments.
Its easy to understand once you can get use to the media site and how to log in on to your account .

It would tell me to enter a correct email yet it is the same email I receive all of my AEP info to. Useless if I can't pay my bill from it.
This is a nice app. It's ridiculously easy to make payments and great for checking outages. I have one question...what in the world does "tree out of row" mean? That what it says for the cause of most outages.
