It's a good app tho it is disappointing in a way when the message is sent to the receiver and later replies back on myside i can't be able to read what has been texted back due to upgrade membership.. please kindly i urge the team to remove that option of upgrade membership & make it free for all members to benefit from this app.there is a lady who has sent her number to me so that i contact her but am unable to see her number clearly because of that upgrade membership,,

I've been trying to enable the mpesa xpress payment services to enable me read my messages but it could not successfully accomplish the task, now I can't read my mails, which in my view leads to a total failure for this otherwise good product. can't you guys offer an alternative payment method convenient to almost all.

Deactivation : the app doesn't let you deactivate the account.. they do have switch off profile but wasn't able to deactivate.. the app does have real people there but once you want to leave they do not let you..FIX THAT!!!! People need to have a CHOICE

The community is fine but the app is slow to respond when clicked on an item ! And the arrangements of profiles is not more professional, needs some adjustments so as to be more attractive and easily friendly to users.

It was going just fine until you guys terminated my profile for no reason..now i just want you to reactivate my account so that i can delete my photos since i don't feel safe knowing my photos are still in an app I can't access 😠

Kinder good though i don't get to read some of my messages am being told to upgrade to platinum i think it should be free , or they charge it little fee not that much they are charging to upgrade,other wise anything else here is amazing i love this app.

Site works great, i like the free plat. Trial, its just i dont like some questions to fill out on profile and alot of the members are a tid pushy. Kind of uncomfortable staying.

I wish there were more women on the app. Compared to tinder your service offers more functionality and options.

I just downloaded the app now, login in is ahectic here very frustrated to watse my time it keeps telling my email is not correct and the pasaword, i tried to reset still no change

This datting app is good the way i can see it but the problem is that i have tried to upgrade but it has not been easy to me i think yo have tell us the way we can upgrade throug lipa na mpesa

Without Mpesa payment method,how do you expect people without Debit card to subscribe?it would make more sense if payment method was hussle free and easy..BRING BACK MPESA PAYMENT!!!

Nice app I like it,but the mode of payment please introduce another mode of payment,like in we mpesa a lot so I request you to introduce a pay bill number.

I think picture quality is an issue..most have some low quality..and flow within pics while scrolling aint the best.its luggish.. Appreciate your work though ;big time

It's a nice app though it's slow and keeps on saying log in error.. Kindly do something about it

This is bad, why are you using a persons info and he/she is not aware of it. I texted a number and the owner said she has never used this app

Horrible app. Terrible ui, has bugs all over amd is unusable.
