Used to be a fantastic service, but since the expansion to Nairne, availability has become so inconsistent (esp when pre-booking) I hardly bother anymore.
Fantastic service. Always on time, wonderful and professional drivers and modern comfy vehicles. A suggestion bit more detailed notification on the pick up location. Instead of "NE corner of smith St, Smith st." A much more precise instruction would be nearest intersection/cross road. Overall a great service and very easy to use app.
Started off great but now the wait is too long or inconsistent, and too many other stops on the way. I can no longer gauge when I can be in the city. I'm either too early or too late and have to allocate way too much time to get there.
Crashes every time I open the app.
My Opalconnect credentials work on the website, not on the app. Have reset password multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app ... nothing seems to work.
The service is practical but the app is really unreliable
after setting my address the app itself changes it to a different one when on next steps. the service as a whole is excellent though.
Never picks me up near or drops me off at my destination Also takes money out of your account after failing to book a ride and when calling up being told by a rude employee that I was lying and I would get ride credit for the times I got charged but didn't ride and never received it or my money back. It's over $30 that has been stolen by this company and no refund or compensation that was promised was given. I will be taking this matter to the police
The forgot password process doesn't work in the app, the new temporary password doesn't get accepted when I try to use it! Used to love Keoride, but now it doesn't work at all!
Very good service. Gets you where you want within it's boundaries and the pickup time on average is pretty quick
An awesome way to get to school or my house when my parents have work until late. I would recommend it to one needs to go a far distance and they do not have a car to get around in.😎
'Ride on demand' Total B*ll. Every time I've ordered a ride it's been at least a 30 minute wait, and at times I've had my ride cancelled or a ride hasn't been found.
professional drivers, easy to use app if you have a clue what you're doing, recommended if its in your area.
New user interface is not very functional.Setting the destination unsets your location.

Edit: This is the FIFTH time now they've forgotten about me. This time keo driver Karen P left without even calling me. I booked a keo ride today. It not only marked the pick up point a walk away I was not healthy enough to take, but the keo ride left without me. I was trying to get a keo ride because I'm not well enough to walk. Then it left before I got to it. I was feet away. Now I have no way of getting to my destination on time and I have to walk with my unhealthy situation.

This has stopped working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it just crashes every time. Si I am no longer able to use this service!
