Back button doesn't work in lollipop. Every time we need to go to active apps and close and start again. And every time we need to login. App cannot remember the login details. Takes long time if we switch from one window to another. At the time of switching if we touch the app it will get stuck. Even after the update in v1.2 the issues are not solved. Looks like it's developed in html5. Very bad app.
I had cancelled my tickets one day before journey. Still after 14 days also this people has not refunded my money back. When we call to their customer care numbers they rarely pick up the calls. They are make us to beg for our own money...
App is somewhat good.Nice interface.Backbutton doesnt function.Lot of places to be included in the list apart from main stops and stations.App will not save the email id and password,hence again and again we have to relogin to book a ticket.. anyway kudos for the application.. all the best
Every time need to login. App doesn't save user I'd and password. Nothing is happening if click on view/print ticket icon.Also unable to deselect the seats once u select.:(
Guess this is the best App. when compared to other State Transport Corporations... Good effort by KSRTC tho there are some flaws which should be fixed...
It is not a good application to plan our trips easy and comfortable bcoz this application is not working properly. We can't use back button. Most of every time when we search route it shows like " services are not available on this rdate or invalid place "
Don't install and waste your time..good for nothing app. Shame on Kerala RTC.. go to hell
In Lollipop I'm unable to use the back button. Presumably a bug. Please fix and release a patch.
Beware: When booking tickets, this App allows to book only 30 days before travel date. But, through website, we can book 45 days before travelling. Typical KSRTC.. confusing the travellers...
How Ksrtc can upload such a crap app. The developer could have learn some basics Mobile application development before doing this nonsense..
It works like a charm the UI is cool...even it had filters for price shows you the maximum price and minimum price if your selected trip
Worst experience. when proceeding to payment the session expires repeatedly.One must expect only this much from a government app which could have developed through lowest quotation bid,😔
Not able to chose even the main places when we are searching for a bus. Most of the places are not there in the list at all.
Quite useful. Almost what you can expect from a govt service. No updates. No bug fixes, user interface is boring and slow at times.
I'm not able to view or print tickets in this app. Needs urgent bug fixes and updates
Waste app and site. May be the reason for losses made by KSRTC. Which ever route you search, the results are same, no direct service between these 2 points. No tickets can be booked through this app or site.
Need to improve a lot. Some services are not mentioned. It's very difficult for booking some services.
Please make the arrangement for including the vehicle details for getting the Bus Number (both registration number and bus number) & crew number by entering the PNR number issued in the ticket. I hope the suggestion will take into consideration.
Not possible to book to some place. Example. Aluva . Pathanamthitta . It is not good . I expect your reply

App closes itself abruptly sometimes,like after clicking the 'make payment' icon.
Fine app with some drawbacks. Every time log in required. Print view button not working.
Please update the app immediately too many bugs are there. Kindly do the needful.
The application is great. But the greatest bug is that I can find only the buses that starts and ends between the stations that I entered. The buses that touches in between are ignored. Please provide a provision to include them and book them
Very much disappointing with this app..experienced twice of deduction of money with no ticket...Very slow to load..option of booking is limited..
Wastest app I have ever seen. I was facing bad gateway issue while transaction by debit card option. And also facing some other issues for net banking option. Then last I tried from web , transaction completed so smoothly from web. Please give the job who know that. If you don't know please don't make some bad junk and confuse people. This app is a copy of whatever available in kerala etc we with thousands of extra bugs
