I paid for this matrimonial for three months gold 4900/ Rs. And now they stopped me from getting matches because I complained against the repeatedly showing the same matches and also sending profile which is not matching with our preferences. I am not able to open their page, don't know whether it is a technical fault or they are doing purposely.. If they stop to send the matches it is something unexpected..
it is a waste app.. no matches found yet.... and customer care also waste.... dont use this app dear friends... After upgrading my account there is no any call from them.. Before upgrading there is lots of call from them... but after that no one will look back.. its a wasteeee app.. do loose your money
Fix the below issue as much as earlier. * when we click on the notification, it direct to the website even though we installed the application. * If 3 or 4 people visit our profile in a 30 minute time, we get notification of each person's visit in a 3 hour gap manner, Sometimes on next days. Not even shows the time they checked our profile.
Worst app. Promised 50% cash back if the marriage is fixed. But after marriage is fixed for my sister no refund. Contacted custtomer care morethan 20 times but nothing. Its a scam. They promised filtering, and maximum support but never provided after becoming paid member. Worst app too. Never changes the details which we provide as our details in the app. Need to call customer care to update it.
The app experience is wrost. Stuck and laggy. There is no customer support after upgrading to premium.
Its good app only if you abroad oru well qualified professional. otherwise no use. Only the disturbance is uou will get calls most of the time daily asking for money.
Very consistent app. Crashes almost everytime consistently.
App keeps crashing on Android 11 and is very slow to use.

Easy and user friendly
Marketing calls for other apps come everyday. I already took paid membership in Kerala Christian Matrimony. But, these guys have given my number to other apps like Kerala Matrimony and Bharat Matrimony and those apps also call me everyday asking me to take paid membership.
No matches showing if I become a premium member also according to my Preferences
Simple waste and hungry for money
Never put money to this app. They don't have any matches they don't have good client relationships executives. A bunch of oversmart brokers who can just rob money from you. Worse experience
Please don't waste money on this app. Ppl will call u daily 4 to 5 times for money . Once u pay the money u will have to beg to get your pack started . Nobody cares as they know our parents won't react fearing tht they might do something in our profile. If u call them they would even disconnect your call when they come to know you are calling them regularly. Pls don't waste your money . This has happened to us more than twice

Worst service give by customer care today.In evening section one lady called me and say about service.I says after given money there is no response.Then she become rude and cut the call.Lady name is Reshma I think so.
