Once you’ve allowed “Mobile Access” you can begin to login to Mobile Banking from your mobile device. The system will confirm your login information along with your device to ensure it’s really you. Once you are logged in, you can view your information and make transactions safely and securely.

the app used to be great! until the last update. now it will not open with my galaxy 9 unless I go through the setting and clear the cache every single time!! its annoying!!! Please fix this problem and I'll give you more stars
I'm having login issues using the finger print scanner. it will recognize my finger print but then give me a login error. I have to try it a few times before I can log in with my finger print.
I always have issues with the app. It will just not open or freeze on me. Plus now with the whole identity change (strata), I feel like its just another corporation with lesser quality.
Had this for over a year and worked amazingly and made things very convenient. Until it had an update and basically closed out all android users.
Been using app for a month or so. Now I'm have a difficult time signing in. My pw and user # are both correct but still "Authentication error" pops up after trying to sign in.
Honestly app was once good, but with recent updates I can no longer login. Not even going on a web browser or uninstalling the app has helped me log on. Just disappointed at a once good app.
every since they upgraded, android users cant use more than one or 2 times before having to clear cache, uninstall, restart and reinstall!
I just want to pull up my info n see balance n what has cleared. I dont get it. If it works why do you keep changing it???? Im a senior lm not eager to change.
Over a year with no updates to app, really?Face unlock needs to be added on Android and iOS and this app is just a crappy web wrap.Think Strata needs to hire new Dev that will do the job right.
I love being able to manage multiple accounts wherever I am. I am also able to process different types of transactions that take effect immediately after I click process.
This app comes in real handy when you need to transfer money on the spot. If you bank with Strata this app will be ideal to have.
Great and easy to find information on my account. Inform you when they are doing updates and what holidays they will close.
half the time it doesnt load since 2 updates ago. used to be pretty awesome and convienient....

Loved the app until recently, haven't been able to log in for about a week or so. only way to get in my account is thru an actual web page....boooo!!! what did u guys do!!???!

horrible, i have never once been able to use this app successfully. Looking at my accounts takes usually 30 minutes of trying to log into the app, website, and then having to finally just call. There is ALWAYS some "unexpected error" it has been like this for 2 years now, kern federal or strata, its always been horrible
