These sanitary ware products are manufactured in a manufacturing facility at Gujarat, having an annual manufacturing capacity of 700,000 pieces.The sanitary ware is made with finest of clay added with silica. The plant has got international standards of manufacturing processes of Mould making, Shuttle kiln, Tunnel kiln, glazing pressure dye casting and is ISI approved.
KEROVIT faucets are made in India in its state-of-the art plat located at Gailpur, Rajasthan with a spread over 215200 sq. ft., having manufacturing capacity of 1.1 million pieces a year and 80,000 pieces a month as on date. Kerovit Faucets are constructed with solid metal which provides great strength, durability & higher quality of finish. These faucets are chrome plated with perfection to withstand years of use, and are 100% tested against dripping and leaking.

After Sale service is very poor by Kerovit. Despite repeated mail no response. The dealer at Jamshedpur didn't respond too. Very poor service.

Aapp is good but not updated from long time.
I got a defective product (WC) from a kerovit dealer in jaipur, and when i asked to repalce it, then i got to know about the brand, their many products come with manufacturing defects and they have no customer support at all. The dealer as well as kerovit sales executive verbally fight like unprofessionals leaving me shocked, and after a month registering my complaint i got no solution. By this experience i will say go for another brand if you get into any problem then there will be no solution

These guys are cheaters giving false assurances. I had issue with my flush for which there guy took over 7 days to visit my place in bombay. Who takes 7 days? The guys name was subhash. He didn't solve the problem told us new parts are required which will be arranged in 3 to 4 days. I even spoke to his boss Mr. Prakash who assured job will done in 3 to 4 days. Its been 10 days since I have been following up and Mr. Subhash tells me that he is still awaiting parts from Delhi. Now he has started ignoring my calls. Nevertheless one should beware before dealing with such unprofessionals.

White comods and basis have white background. Difficult to see the item clearly. Option to change background colour would be helpful.
