I use this company sometime . It is ok for delivery and price is higher than Thai post. It is so convenient because there are many branches.

This delivery service is just terrible. I have to wait an extra day for my parcel because of an 'invalid address' yet I always put the same address and it is super easy to find. This happens frequently so don't expect your package to be delivered on time. They didn't even attempt to contact me to confirm my address, the live chat doesn't work, poor English Support. The list goes on.

Worst experience ever. To start with, shipping time is over 3 days, when promise is for 1 day delivery. To continue, customer support doesn't exist. Waiting more than 20 minutes for someone to pick up the phone, and finally hang-up. Better to find another carrier, if you are looking for sppedy service and a normal customer service.

App is bad enough. Yet the delivery and the customer service is horrible. Rude service, with no orientation towards English speakers. Don't even contact to deliver my parcel. Yet say in the app they couldn't contact my number. No phone calls whatsoever from my part. After Got a phone call they gonna deliver tmw but they didn't. I still haven't receive my package. If u are an English speaking person, good luck getting update for your package because CS always sound unwilling to help and rude.

In app, it said "package had been delivered", but no driver made delivery. Then, I contact support via E-mail. they didn't replied. I have to google Tel. No. and made phone call to their call center. You'd better not use this their service. If I didn't try to contact (really hard) them my package would probably lost for sure

It's 'OK' but notifications disappear when you click on them (no details appear in the app) and I get notifications of an impending delivery for items that were already delivered days or even weeks ago.

Since the most recent update it logs me out every time I close the app. It says I've logged in from another device, which I haven't. Even when it works I've usually received the item before it updates. Pretty useless app.

Very bad customer service! Extremely poor! I can say this because I've worked in the last mile delivery industry before and we see to it that the operation is well trained and prompt to notify the customer. Bad app, bad customer service, poor! Nobody called me but the app said they contacted me?

Singapore Kerry.. The worst ever.. Driver set the date then went missing.. I set the date and driver never replied.. Again set the date, again went missing.. Again and again and again.. Called them countless times again went missing.. Too busy being irresponsible to take calls.. My whole interaction with Kerry is playing hide n seek endlessly.. endlessly.. I guess in every country they are the same.. Cheaters.. Why become a provider when u can't provide

Based on my experience Kerry express th is getting more worst and so terrible, my package & goods got damaged so many times also they delay to send package which I have to deal with my costumers! Over all, it's awful and it's pity that they're not responsible to give refund back! It's such a disaster!

Be super careful with this app. It use mobile phone number as primary key and keep your national ID number. They won't allow you to change phone no. If you decided to change number. When telco reuse your mobile no and sell to someone, new phone no owner will be able to login to your account via OTP, meaning that person can send anything including illegal goods using your ID no. if you change mobile no. make sure you call them and ask them to remove your private data (DEV, PDPA coming soon)

I like previous version better because it is easy to share all info of parcel status to my customer in 1 click but the new version needs 2 clicks and 2 pages to have all info

Terrible service. Sent a parcel from North Vn to South VN for 3 weeks and still NOT YET delivered even though lockdown order is partially lifted. Customer service is poor. Do use this service if you have bloody hell lot of time to wait.
