Kesari Tours

While using "Forgot Password" option message appears on screen as "OTP sent successfully". But OTP never received . Mails sent for the rectification. But no any response from the tour operator

Worst app and customer service at Kesari. Customer executive behaves as if they are not interested. My personal experience with Kesari was very bad.

Itinerary is not getting displayed....coming soon!!! is being displayed instead of the itinerary for all the tours. Dates and their costing are displayed correctly.

I travel with Kesari often and am very happy with ur service.Have one complaint regarding ur app.When I downloaded the app on my new phone (registered user of ur app)& went to user login it asks for password.As I don't recollect my password, I went to " forgot password " option after which I have to enter my mobile number and get code.On entering the code in ur app and typing the new password I press the "Done" button.However nothing happens after that & new password not registered.Kindly rectify

Unable to view billing in APP. My tour was rescheduled. Website doesn't allow login and sign up The post booking asks password and states that it is printed on bill. These are issues with website and not with APP

3 tours with केसरी so far. I am very happy with their management. Looking forward on another tour with u Thank u kesarians for designing such wonderful tours.

One of the third class application ever I seen last two days I'm trying to login i can't and not showing anything in the app like tours package.

Kesari Tours did a professional job of conducting an Uttarakhand tour, which i was part of.

They r worst when it comes to refund money. They r earning interest on tourist money instead refunding them. So i advice you to choose any other operator.

nice facility and hotels are also awesome but some of the hotels are not good tour guides are friendly and good food quality is also nice but some more improvement and others are awesome 👍👍

doesn't work. my bookings is empty. won't let me change my email address. should give information on all communication.

Please update your app. The itenery does not load The tour usp and the tour don't match

Doesnt show up any info on opening app.Would have given 1star only but giving extra star just because I love Kesari and expect them to fix it so that next time I give full 5star rating.

Fraud company. Booked 3rd tour with so many expectations, highly disappointed by the treatment and lack of communication. Do not fall for any bonanza offers. Sab fraud hai.

Not working... immediately stops after opening my booking tab....

Useless travel company. They don't have value of customers. They are only running after money, so now they all become money minded people including their owner. They not responding to customers calls,as well emails. Hopeless company. They don't understand the problems of common people, don't consider their problems. It's disgusting. I don't think they are living in India. And i think foreign travel companies are better in behavior than So called Kesari.

I have found KESARI the most unprofessional Tourist Co.We 7 sr.cit.(age grop 78-83) members on Israel- Jordan trip were left behind on Dubai airport by the tour leader Suhas Kharat and the stranded members faced untold difficulties. Hundreds of letters and emails and personal letters written to Office and to MD ( Patil) have not been replied at all.I am still continuing the follow up.Also the travel ins. for above 80 age was wrongly charged @19000.Absolutely unprofessional people.Avoid...GALGALI

From past 3 days I'm calling Kesari's Mumbai but numbers are continously busy & there's no call back from your side...God knows what's wrong with these people
