Too many ads! Everytime you opened a new section there was an ad. Installed for 10 min, screenshoted what I wanted and uninstalled the app. I will be locating a more user friendly one with fewer disruptions, better sentence structure & grammar and actual scientific references. This app does not come across as written by an expert.

Like the calculator to get calorie count. Doesn't give recipes for non meat eaters & print is small on some screens so reading recipes was a strain. Not able to pinch open to large print.

I clicked on a sub account on this site and put in my info for a personalized keto plan. Got to the end and it wanted me to pay for the plan. I thought it was free. Whoever owns this site- do not respond to me like you did others and say it's free. It's not! You send us to other sites unknowing to us to enter our info then get told we have to pay. I don't feel like looking at more, I uninstalled the app soon after installing. Not user friendly.
