Works great for me, the biggest issue I have is my kids move stuff around and I can't find my keto mojo meter, maybe if you come out with a new meter you could include a find my meter option.... make the mojo start beeping or something. This is just an idea... not a review. But as a review I have no issues with the app myself.

Let down hard. Not even a week before it stopped working. The app won't display anything regarding insights into my numbers. It somehow logs them but also does not register them when I want to see them day by day. Which is the MAIN REASON WHY I CHOSE THIS OVER COMPETITORS. FAILURE, SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE CHEAP one at least i could buy more if they broke.

For some months now that the app is always showing sync connection errors, whenever any sync action is done. Contacted support and was told that this was to be fixed. Also had the device duplicating incorrect readings, but on this support was awesome, they provided me another device. Requested for my cloud account to be deleted so i could create a new one, to clear all incorrect entries (there is no option to delete values or reset account/device...), then with the new device I thought that all would be fixed but no... after some time it all returned... This used to be such a great device and app but now is just frustrating and painful to do the readings (and not talking about pricking the finger). Currently looking for an alternative as this has been a nightmare indeed!

App is horrible on high end tablets. nothing is the right size, fonts dont fit inside their buttons, NOTHING works in landscape orientation. very disappointing. Twelve inch screen and I cant see charts or graphs because the app is clearly a bad ios port to android with zero dynamic device configuration. There are entire libraries available to detect and render ui for a device by querying the device capabilities. finally, bkuetooth connectivity doesnt work at all on android 11. fails to pair.

Update: Dec 2021 The application is really slow. On all my devices and my friends devices. Sync is glitchy. You need to wipe storage once a week. Lots of bugs. I traced the requests from the application to the cloud they use. It's bad engineering. UXUI is lagging behind. Maybe for 2010 it'll be a good application. KetoMojo: Please, I talked into your service lots of people. They are complaining to me. Please start fixing things. The first step would be redo the application. It's really is.

Not able to view readings from the GK device. The app says it imported 3 readings, one from today, but it doesn't show up under readings. I see activity under trends, but only if I manually enter the reading. I've already uninstalled/reinstalled. And to think I purchased the original device 2 years ago and had to spend another $50+ to reorder the new one just for it to malfunction.

When I first got the app, I noted two bugs. First, it crashed when I tried to view the trends. Second, my most recent readings weren't showing after a sync. I emailed the developer about the issues and got an immediate reply that they were aware of the issues and were working on a fix. Over a weekend they rolled out a fix for both of them. Top notch communication, app is working great now.

I have used the meter and app about a year and love it. Unfortunately the phone app no longer syncs with my meter following the latest "upgrade" Apparently this is a known issue with the Keto-Mojo company. It seems like it's a big break that should have spurred a very fast patch to resolve the issue. Other than this issue, I'm happy with the product.

I use the app daily as it stores my data from the meter. It stopped working. Just stays on the inital opening (blue) screen. Update: I uninstalled and re-installed the app. It is working at this time, including the restoration of previous data. Note: this "freezing" of the app had happened previously (several times) but it would work eventually after closing/reopening the app. This was the first time I had to uninstall/re-install. Should issue continue will contact support.

UPDATE: They quickly responded to the review. I then emailed & they also responded quickly. The fix was to uninstall and install. No lost data! Orig: App update made it where the program doesn't fully launch. It looks like it's going to open and shows the keto mojo and logo on the blue screen but that is as far as it goes. I have tried force closing the app and even restarted my phone. Yesterday and today no luck. Before update it worked great for me. I didn't have any of the glitches mentioned.

Fully updated. (1) Still won't connect or sync. Can't even set it up. (2) Also, every time I try to login to My Mojo Health, I'll press the "Login" button and nothing happens. The only other option is to sign-up (which I've already done and confirmed through email). (3) I'm also unable to manually input the values from my device readings into the app (which, again, I wouldn't have to do if the device actually connected such as your company has advertised its ability to do). Still 1 star.

At first I could not sync, then read another review that explained the idiosyncratic procedure. Works fine now. However two missing features limit the stars: landscape mode; very awkward to have to rotate a tablet in a stand. And multiple users; my wife and I share this meter, making the readings almost meaningless. I realize that the meter itself would need a revision, but hopefully it is possible. Otherwise, please provide a way to tag synced readings and separate the charts.

TO SYNC... open app, hit sync, take a reading, eject the swab. You should see the bluetooth light on the device blinking. For those who are having issues with syncing... I tried everything from resetting it to, rebooting phone, to tapping my heals together. What finally worked?? Letting it just sit there for a while. Not sure why that worked but it did. *shrug. Hope this helps someone. EDIT: 25 April 2020 So it seems the syncing can only be initiated after you do a reading of sorts. Which I suppose would be fine IF the syncing was consistent. I have used the app since December and have logged over 500 entries. What I can tell you is the app is still pretty buggy. It often does not run on the first attempt. (Requires closing and reopening the app) For a few weeks it was unable to sync. The loader would always get to the same point then the device seemed to timeout/shutoff before it finished. (I believe a recent patch resolved this because it fixed itself). EDIT: 25 April 2020. Google Play is not prompting me there's an update. Even after removing the app from my phone entirely and redownloading from Play Store, I can only get to 2.0.6

Great app with lots of insight, but since the latest update, it often crashes when opened and the only way to fix it is to completely clear data in the app and start from scratch. Then it will work for a while and then the same behavior begins again. For reference, I'm on a Note 10+ on Android 10 and this only started after the most recent app update.
