Restrictive and difficult to use compared to other similar apps I've tried. It suggests meal plans but all the recipes are pay to view. It says I need a higher calorie/day than suitable with no apparent way to adjust it etc. Unless you want to start with the paid version I'd try something else.
This is the only app that lets me create completely custom diet plans. I've tried a few apps before but this one is different. I can limit the foods based on allergies, how many times a day I want to eat or how often I want to cook. I hope that for a future update they will consider adding the option to avoid specific foods (e.g. I hate mushrooms). Other than that it's an awesome app!
Ok there are a few things I like about this app… The food tracker is awesome, so user-friendly compared to other apps. The recipes are great and they keep adding new almost every day. The shopping list and the scanner make shopping so much easier!
This is the only app you need for keto. I've just wasted so much time and money on other apps and programs and I wish I downloaded this app sooner. The support group is awesome too and you can always ask the creators for new features. They are very responsive!
Keto is the way to go! 🤪🤪🤪 Ever since I gained weigh I tried every single diet there is. It was always the same. I lost some weight and gained it back in just a few weeks, sometimes even more than my original weight. Keto is different and this app is amazing. I use it daily to log in my food and sometimes I cook recipes from it. So far I lost 8 pounds and it didn't even feel like dieting. 🤪🤪🤪
I really appreciate that the developers of this app really use user feedback. A while back I asked if I could have a few recipes converted into keto approved ones and they added them in just a few weeks. It was the English Trifle and Mac & Cheese. Thank you so much!
The best investment of 2022. Finally an app that gives me the right macros. My protein seems to be accurate and the calorie limit is not painfully low. A weight loss of 2-4 pounds a week is not bad at all!
Best Keto App! I've tried other apps which didn't deliver, and frankly some are just scammy or try to push products. I appreciate not only how user friendly KetoDiet is, but the recipes are amazing and the support on the Facebook page stellar. Martina and her team are always improving the app and adding new features. This is primarily about eating healthy real food for life, feeling better and getting to a healthy weight. I am definitely a fan.
I love that the app is allowing you to select food intolerances like nut-free or dairy-free recipes. There are also tips in recipes with substitutions if you don’t have one of the other ingredients... or simply can't eat it.
Love the ability to create my own diet plans. I've tried many apps that promised the same thing before and they were never truly custom. This app lets me create plans that fit my macros. I can set it to create a simple diet plan with quick meals only, 2 meals a day and make it nut-free.
I love this app and I use it daily. It's the main reason I finally managed to lose weight on keto and I've been struggling for a long time. This app changed everything and I started losing again!
This app has the best recipes! I made the chicken caprese yesterday and the cheeseburger in a bowl the other night. So far all recipes that I've tried have been a success.
Can't change the amount of serving. Can't add to the servings like 2 servings instead of 1. Not a big fan
Great app. I can talk about everything I like about it but I'll just focus on my favorite feature. If you struggle on keto, you need the diet plan feature. It's not part of the free app but it's totally worth it. I can make the perfect keto meal plan for the whole week in just a few minutes. And if I don't like the meals I can create another one using the same setting in just a few seconds!
