New release won't let me connect to the app. It makes the device worthless. Really disappointed making the change from the USB appliance to the Bluetooth purely because there is no universal code that works with a Chromebook. Spend the money out for an additional device only to find I can't use either!!!

it takes at least 20-30 min to warm up, i have to connect/disconnect many times, sometimes it doesn't show what I'm currently blowing until i go to the "homme" section and then back... expensive for something that doesn't work!!! Also itseems to not be accurate because blood ketones are 0.6 yet breath is 2? my first negative review so i don't do this lightly

Endless communications problems with Bluetooth. When you have comms problems and take readings, then restart the readings are vastly different. Program and device is unstable. I given up and gone back to sticks. I am over wasting 10 to 15 minutes trying to get Bluetooth connectivity in reliable and fast manner.

Low quality app, I can´t even delete my measurements in the case I need like, a did a measurement while using my wife profile. Also I can´t export and import my data, meaning It will be lost if I change my phone in the the case I lost it or it breaks!! The graph only shows previous 7 days... Maybe the manufacturer should tell us how we can access the measurements on the Bluetooth services and we could develop a better OpenSource app!! The measurements from the device seems good, after 3 days of usage I am happy with it.

Well, This product didn't work for me at all after multiple retries and tests. the readings were always high over 100. it was like my body was ketones machine producer. The app was not reliable at all. Anyway, product was returned and goy my refund.

Always stuck in "preparing sensor". Restarted my phone and eventually got it to allow a test. But says in "very low ketosis" barely registering while I have been eating less than 25 carbs for 7 days and my urine sticks show me at 4 mm/L. Going to compare with blood test but got this so I don't have to prick my fingers constantly. Frustrating!

Got it working with app.. yay. App needs a battery level indicator. It was purchased nov19 but still takes a while to warm up. Be nice if there was separate additional battery to purchase.

works well as advertised I was a little disappointed that there are certain features that appear to be locked based on the device that I purchased and I can't unlock them using the app for example I can only use 7 days of data in the analysis

Normally I dont rate apps but this one works so flawlessly that I had to... So: Great app, lots of features. Thank you Ketonix :)

takes too long to warm up device and connection to app is terrible app crashes wherever exporting data have reported problems no response very disappointed as very expensive return is next option if no response and fix

Nice device working well , but the analysis graph is very poor with no hours or days , also need to create result list which will be much easier than graph .

New version won't connect to my ketonix device. Still cannot close the program like every normal program. Can only be force closed.

My Bluetooth connected on an LG V30 phone. I was able to get a result of 36.2 after three days fasting. I'm glad it worked for me!

Since latest update i cannot connect my device so its now absolutely useless, extremely disappointed

Bluetooth issues

The analysis graph lacks of basic settings like days or hours on x axis, colors of green, yellow, etc.The device is not cheap so there is a lot of room for improvement. Google fit connection would be nice to have

I have the Bluetooth model and it's not working. Device cost too much not to be able to use it!!

Blue tooth unit / app performance is terrible. Doesn't register readings. Expensive product and paid extra for the new one. When will you fix the problem?

Poorly designed UI, device wasn't visible to the app at any distance or sensitivity. Totally useless.

After the last app update the device ketonix bluethooth is almost not detected by app and when is detected and connected the app is not sync with device state. I mean when kotonix is ready the app show me warming up forever. Please provide an update with a fix for app.

Have the Bluetooth model and it does not work well. The battery does not fit directly into the device. They don't want to fix it. It takes too long to warm up to use. They suggest I leave it powered up. No thanks. Does not work well for traveling.

Am using the blue tooth model and very pleased with the product.

Only worked about 40%of the time, so I was excited to see an update! It has not worked at all since I installed the update. Very disappointed with this expensive device and no way to use it. (Android user)

Android or Apple will connect to the device. The apps are worthless. This is a lot of money to spend on a device and not have a functional way to use it. When will this be corrected?
