Ive used this app with my ketoscan for 2 years. Its been perfect and I use it at least daily to check my ketones while shifting Keto diet, Ideal Protein Diet, Intermittant Fasting, OMAD, and longer term fasting of 3 to 5 days. Its been a game changer having this tool for factual data so I can see what works for me and what doesnt. However, after 2 years , the app has FROZEN on the 'start" page. The first page of use is a connection blue tooth protocol.The next step is to Start the useage.STUCK.
Excellent app except the reminders only work intermittently.
The Bluetooth didn't connect to Android but it connected to iPhone. It's an expensive device, and these things should be tested before being released. But I was able to connect to my partner's iPhone. Everything else works great.
Used to be good app now it wants to collect all your personal info connected to your phone and internet most likely so they can sell it to the highest bidder. Why can't anybody just sell an app without having to invade everyone's privacy? Probably gonna uninstall it if can't disable their snooping.
this is awesome I've cross-checked with the blood meter keto Mojo and the results are neck-and-neck you might have to spend 30 or 40 scans to learn how to use it right, I've only had it for 2 or 3 days I feel real confident
Can't connect to my android phone not impressed with this must of tried connecting 20 times but no luck . Guess this is going back ....

This was a fantastic device but now, it won't do anything. Ever since the last App update, it won't work at all. It will connect, or so it's says, but when I push start nothing happens. According to my device information I still have over 200 tests and on my 2nd device I have over 250 tests left. The problem is the App...please fix it! I've already reached out to customer support twice!
