This is the app you want. My absolute favorite part is that when selecting your time for workout (5-60 minutes) the time spent working out is ACTUALLY what you selected, minus a few 30 second breaks. The 10 seconds in between aren't included in your time so you legitimately work out for however long you select. You can also specify type of workout (arms/upper body/etc) and there is a person DOING THEM WITH YOU so you know what they are, the full time. If you've been looking for an app this is it

I opened practically every Kettlebell workout app looking for the perfect one. And this is it. I want a live person going through the motions for me to follow, I want options for length of workout, and options for type of workout. I'm very happy with this app. It is awesome.

Superb app! It's simple. I love the way you can set the time constraints to suit yourself. I think the exercises are clear, especially as they are facilitated by the animation & video links. My only gripe is that is that the animation sometimes freezes while the time continues. So, unless you are familiar with the current movement being described, it is difficult for you to know what to do while the time is ticking during the workout. This could be due to my rubbish phone though!

Incredible app! I use it daily and I've seen a lot of progress. Overall a very useful tool. One thing I have noticed that might need tweaking is that the app skips kettebell snatches which is a pretty foundational exercise. They are included in the exercise list but do not show up on the exercise. Idk if that can be included in the algorithm but that would be useful. Also, high pulls would be a great exercise to include. Thanks for your hard work! Great app.

This is a simple to use but very effective workout tool. You can set the timer to your choice, choose which area you want to work on and off you go. You can build up at your own pace with very clear visuals of what you need to be doing. 35 seconds of kettlebell movement then a 20 second break while you prepare for the next move. Every four moves you get a break. I have recommended to others because is it a no fuss app and they like it.

It's a good app with great range of kettlebell exercises to chose from. You can even create custom workouts. But it lacks two critical features: It doesn't keep the screen on like other sport apps do, if during a workout your phone goes to sleep because it is set to go to sleep after 5 or 10 min the app stops and you'll lose all workout progress.Very annoying. You can get around this by using another app that will keep your screen on. Another annoying thing is that it doesn't remember duration of a custom workout, if you set to 15 min, close the app and open it again it'll revert right back to the default of 5 min. Hope that they'll fix it soon. Other than that great app. And do have the paid version with all features unlocked.

This app seems good if you already know how to use kettlebells. If you are a newbie there is zero description to help you keep correct form other than the very short demo at the start and no indicator of what to focus on to keep correct form. Also there is no way to set a number of reps, everything is only time based. It does seem to be a good app, but not quite sure how it gets 4.7 stars with these glaring omissions. It has a lot of exercises, but is very basic. I thought 3 stars was generous.

I've purchased the premium version and it's not much of an upgrade from the free version. I'd like the following options: - to be able to add the same exercise multiple times in a workout - to randomise your custom workouts - a flexible timer for exercises and rest (why are they set to 15s intervals?) - the ability to use your 'get ready' times as part of your total workout Overall, the app is solid, but at the moment the premium edition of the app isn't much of an upgrade over the free version.

Great app for kettlebell workouts. Easy start... Select workout, amount of time, optionally preview the list of exercises and begin. Good variety of exercises and demonstrations on how to do them in a separate area as well as when you're working out. The only thing that would make it better is to know what exercise is coming up next so that you can get ready for it (ie grab the proper weight, get in the right position, etc).

looks great! I love kettlebells and would love to work out in the gym. app is simple and it's great you can see previews of exercises, it allows you to get ready for your next exercise, when to switch sides. The best thing is I can have my music on and still hear the instructor! I can adjust the length of the exercise which is awesome! Looking forward to great exercise experience! This app is like your own kettlebell class on the go! 👍

Following along with the instructor is easy as they show you the move and repeat it the whole time you do it in a loop. And if you need to study a move or where to grip the bell during a move, you can look it up. The programs can be as automatic or manual depending on how much control you want in your work out. Choose your target area and duration or create your own routines.

Really good app. My only complaint is it doesn't give you much of a chance to change position for most exercises. Like getting on the floor and moving the kettlebell in to position etc maybe they should add an extra 5 seconds for these breaks. I'm aware the intention is to keep a high heart rate and improve cardio etc but it's still rather annoying sometimes.

Love this app and have purchased it. I use it for my army reserves training and i have seen improvements in my running and endurance. But a few of the exercises dont tell you to change sides " the swinging biceps curl" keeps you on one side throughout the whole exercise, so I'm clock watching for the change over which dose not help. Plus you dont get to set a time for how long each exercise can be done for.. so two stars I'm afraid.

(Full, paid version) Excellent app, the only reason it's not 5 stars is when editing a custom workout there is no way to delete an exercise you've already added. A descent variety of kettlebell exercises sorted by muscle group, of varying levels of difficulty. Syncs well with Google Fit. I'm glad the full version can be purchased by a one-time payment without a monthly subscription to Fitify! Well worth it! 😄💪

It's very useful. Personally i think it could be perfect with the following changes: 1. When you randomise the training, always the 2 or 3 easiest exercises are first to prevent injury. 2. when you selext one of the 4 available trainings, to have the option of choosing how many time do you want to workout per exercise and resting (saying that 30secs is recommended for beginners and so on)

Brilliant. Quick and straightforward workouts. You choose how long you've got and you're away. No time wasted on intros or lengthy ads. There's plenty of free content. Videos are clear to follow. I'm a complete beginner on kettlebell, but it feels like it is working well for me for some lockdown workouts. I'm stronger already.

4 stars just because everything could be improved. This app is straight as a train and sharp as a razor, challanging like a siberian education without risking your life :). I agree with whom are asking for more exercises and more features in the premium version. Maybe an extreme option with the more challanging exercises including Turkish get up (cmon mates!) and double kettlebell somes. My compliments anyway and thanks for your work from Italy. You're helping people during the quarantene! Update after a while. It's an amazing daily use app, the only other minor issue is: when you randomise the exercises, it tends to propose pretty much always the same, without choosing from the full exercise list. It rends all a little boring. Please update with the full list randomise picking for the 5th star!

Great little app, just grab a kettlebell and get a great workout. Each exercise is demonstrated clearly and there's transition time between exercises so you know where you are. I'd give it 4.5 if I could as it's not quite 5 star, not having the Turkish get ups on the random workouts seems odd, and not being able randomize the custom workouts is odd too - it'd be so handy to pick my favourite exercises and pick a time and have them in a random order. If these features could be added it'd perfect

first time experience with kettle bell exercise, enjoying the experience. sometimes the apps random exercise selection may have me doing back to back to back squats (different exercise same muscle) have noticed strengths increase and cardiovascular improvements watch this space. would like the option to build a fixed routine in side the app. would like tips on body positioning during exercise, have worked some things out the hard way. however look forward to kettle bell workout days now.

Have been using this app for a while and it's fantastic. Few things that would definitely be useful? --- (1) Updates every so often to add new exercises in? I see a lot of stuff online, but tend to use the app exculsively so it's not easy to work them in. (2) Weight tracker per exercise? I have 4 bells, and it would help if I could see progress across each exercise when I change weight. (3) "More info" for each exercise? Would help if we knew which muscles we're hitting, what impact it has etc.

Great app, simple yet effective to get a good kettlebell workout in. Would be even better if it allowed you to edit exercises. During workout just flash the exercise word (ie "pull-up"), so you know what comes next. Also a few more workouts like the ability to have sets and reps as well as ladders would make it the most versatile kettlebell app out there. I don't like the monthly subscriptions, but I'd pay a bit more then the ad free version for sure!

I dig this app - have been using it for a few months. Got the full version - I created a custom workout but I see that there is a feature lacking... I'd love to be able to randomize the custom workout so it's not the same every single time. Can you add that feature or maybe tell me how to do it? Would love more exercises!!! Thanks for a nice app. Nicely done. Im back! I have more to say. I love the KB app and ive since checked out your swiss ball and stretching apps as well. LOVE those as well. I sent you an email in regards to a few wishes I have. Thanks for the amazing apps!

Very nice app. I have been using it for a while now (toning some of my core muscles) I like the workouts, it is a shame that I do not get exclude exercises that I cannot do (due to mobility issues) or create a list with my favourite exercises. That would be awesome. Again I have not spent enough time exploring the app to know how to do such things...but a fantastic app

I just started using this app a a week ago and I feel confident it will help me develop the areas I need to improve! So far 5 stars, two thumbs up on it. I have only used the upper body and core so far, and I'm impressed, especially with the ability to intensify it after each work out or maintain the intensity your at, very adaptive, awesome job developers, keep it up!

Love this app. As others have stated, if you have a 30 minute window to workout, set the timer to 24'ish minutes. My only change would be when you use the random option, it doesn't start with the 'overall' warm type exercises, so if that happens I start with slightly lighter weights.

This has been a grinder. Seems a bit easy at first but gives you the ability to rate the workout. They become more and more difficult. It has been a great quarantine exercise measure. I just barley started lifing heavy again and noticed I haven't lost much strength.
