Unable to deposit checks. App crashes every time I try to scan a check image.
Late coming, but it works well. I'm noticing some speed improvements (Accounts list loads a lot faster) and some addional UI functions (capture preview and manual capture options). They kept the good parts of the previous version and improved on them. Good work!
The app works fine when it works which is very problematic. It was not working on android phones for several months last year with no automatic credit when not available. NOW IT IS NOT WORKING AGAIN FOR 2 MONTHS NOW!
FINALLY! After not being able to use this app since 12/2019(7 months), calling many times, and forcing them to refund the $25/mo for each month, (and it not being updated in over 2 years!) they updated the app. After an Android update in Dec, the app wouldn't get past 'checking credentials '. All thru the CV-19 shutdown we could not use mobile deposit. Ridiculous. Glad to have it back. Camera function seems better - no more re-takes needed. Keybank- please don't ignore Android users!
I have NEVER reviewed and app before this peice of garbage app frustrates me so much, enough to review. I literally have to delete and reinstall the app EVERY time I want to use it because once you log in and log back out you cannot get back in. The app just stays stuck on verifying your user name and password. And as business owner I have no choice because I'm not wasting my time multiple times a week when I get checks from customers by going to the bank. Such an unprofessional app
Doesn't work. Downloaded on my tablet because the other app needs an operating system update on my mobile device. Definitely needs tech support. Mobile deposit is a plus in these times and I cannot do it on either device now.
Horrible, wouldnt give one star if they paid me too. they seriously have not done any style update sense 2018 how is that even secure for those that are on older devicesand having it still work??? Cancelling our service, its worthless on newer software and last time i called they promised itd be fixed by the end of the month 2 months ago still nothing and when i asked about the charges and getting reimbursed for not have had the service for 5 months several employees have blown me off.......
My Samsung Galaxy S9+ just had an update and then this app stopped working. My updated phone doesn't support the outdated app. It's super annoying because I use this app for work. Someone needs to update this app.
KeyNavigator never keeps up with any smart phone updates. I pay for this service, but it doesn't work most of the time. So frustrating!

Still can't log in. Looks like an ongoing problem that they are not too concerned about fixing. Uninstalling it. Disappointed.
Seemed like it was double loading the other reel was 5/6off screen hmmm
It keeps taking pictures of the checks then shuts down. I have to uninstall and then reinstall.
Dosen't work with the new android update, hasn't been updated since March 2018 , ridiculous
Cannot login after new Pixel update. Just gets stuck on "Checking Credentials"

If you had a better gui I would use your app a lot more and be able to stay home and stop bothering people all the time
Every time I just get messages: "connection problem" or "site not available, try again later." What gives?
Just gives you a connection error when signing in.

Never even get to sign in. It just spins endlessly at security scan. They know it's a problem and aren't bothering to fix it. This is not good customer service for rather large business customers. There are other Banks and other apps.
Cannot log in with Android. Worthless.
Needs a manual capture only -Always says needs more light then makes u wait untill it decides u can try manual capture. Also needs to allow one to change deposjt total, if u get that wrong, u have to start over!! Major time wasting app!!!
Have to install and reinstall to use it each day.
Old version mobile app (2015) doesn't provide accurate information anymore. This new version mobile app won't let me log in.
Have not beem able to log in for over a month. Developers say they are "working on it."
I wish you guys would have left it the way it was before, now when I try to deposit a check it never snaps the front and back on the check automatically anymore, I always have to wait to take a picture manually which slows me down, especially if I have a lot of checks to deposit! Also, now you have to have a dark background in order for it to take a picture which is ridiculous. Go back to the old system and stop with these terrible upgrades that don't work or make our tasks harder. Thanks!
