It was good while it last. Everything worked accordingly, then the microphone stopped working I can't speak on the microphone from my phone to camera then after a few days It doesn't go online just days connecting. Wth.. I tried resetting camera etc and still not working. Not sure if it's the app or camera

your app is wonderful, however when i updated the firmware of camera it lags, also can you check how to fix thru software the tilt function, all my 4 camera has defective tilt, i tested the stepper motor and its not damaged.

Finally able to connect to WiFi! After changing my wifi password, I was unable to connect. Here's what I did.... 1. Removed all devices from app 2. unplugged device from power 3. connected device to router via ethernet cable 4. plugged device into power 5. pressed reset for 10 seconds. 6. added camera 7. scanned QR code on device 8. pressed Search Cam from LAN 9. device connected, now online 10. settings, add Wifi, search wifi, enter password. 11. Remove ethernet cable & wifi is connected!

Easy to install and make work, I use motion detection when I am out and it sends me an email alert when someone enters the house and disconnects the alarm, very good.

I wish they would implement a + and - feature for more sensitive control of pan and tilt, swiping is too extreme and hard to control.

We bought an ip cam. It doest show to the wifi. Then i tried connecting it to LAN. It saw the ipcam. But, we cant use it. ITS ONLY CONNECTING NOT ONLINE. Why it only connecting??

Hi Sir/ Mdm, I would like to seek your help. I cannot open the Keye apps on my Huawei P30 pro phone now. I have installed the new version EMUI 10.0.0. Please advise at the soonest as I need to use these Cameras urgently. Many thanks. Rgds IRene

Not able to connect since few months. It's showing unable to find device on Wi-Fi... sick of it...

After updating to new version, it stop working. Not worth for value. No support from vendor, Amazon, no website ni software no firmware.

It does not connect, device not found. Like others, I am tired setting it up. A big rubbish for this!

The app is good but the bulbs I got they don't light. Or is it how they are with you guys? All other functions work well, but bulb don't Light.

when i tried to connect and i click on wireless installation button but the word please connect wifi first is appear on the screen. i cannot connect to wifi please solve this problem.

Will give you 5*, if FTP video setting doesn't include path. Or path is optional. No other app is asking path in ftp settings.

After connecting it is working on wifi only If I am out off then I suppose to use mobile data but it is not working on mobile Data one of the worst app I have ever used

I used this camera apps 3 years until now. Worth it. Im so happy I can see always my family while in another place.should have internet of course.easy to set up.clear sound clear video..i recomend...

Not working. Not reset and not able to connect. Only Power light showing.

Does not notify you of motion despite setting notification alerts, but when there's no motion it keeps notifying...

When I enter password under wireless installation it crashes and wont let me add a camera. FIX IT ASAP.
