Can you make an option that turns off military time. For example 12:00am instead of 00:00

Its no cool how the recent lockers you do, I can't change the backgrounds despite having such option. This is a simple locker I've been searching for,would make sense if I could at least change the background.

I love this theme, but the bubbles that float around should be an option. I would like it if you could turn them off and on. Some wallpapers look great with the bubbles while others don't need them. Can you add this?

Is there anyway to take the live wallpaper off? After changing the background I don't want to see the colors moving .. and u can't see missed sms/calls on the main screen without pulling up the other screen
