Great when it works. Not so good at other times. I had updated my old phone to android 12, and the app continued to work fine. When I bought a brand new phone (S22 Ultra), the app just crashes all the time. I sent an email to the developer, but I haven't heard anything yet. I've remove the app, rebooted, and tried reinstalling, but I continue to have the same result.

Last update is a disaster. Crashes everything I try. Wish I could give it a lower rating. Based on the response might need to find a new Credit Union.

Would give this 0 stars but there is no option. App crashes every single time I try to log in and it takes at least 5 tries and upwards of 5 minutes every time. Also the app randomly starts for no reason often and it is not only annoying but it seems like a pretty big security issue. Highly disappointed. They need their app development team to step up their game.

App was amazing until it says there is a new version, but the most recent version was issued in May... First app review I've written in a long timr... There is a pop-up in the app that says you should take certain steps, but at the end it references a more advanced version than what is in the app store.. Extremely frustrating

What's the issue with this app on Samsung s22 ultra ? It's crashing every time I try to open.

On my Samsung Note 9, mobile deposit images of checks are coming out blank. After picture is taken, no image, just grey area same as background region. I haven't changed app permissions or anything like that. Has been flawless until now. UPDATE: KPCU replied to a customer support message within 24 hours that the issues was known. Fixed and working fine in past push. Thanks!!

The app asks to send me a text or call to verify everytime I log in. For some reason the texts never come through so I have to do a call. It is so time consuming and pointless. The reason I have the app to have quick access. I also have the option to use my fingerprint to log in but it still wants to call and verify. Wouldn't my fingerprint be more secure than someone just answering my phone?

The user interface is pretty well designed when it's working. It's been giving an error message for well over a week now when I try to login. I've reinstalled 4 times, and am still getting the error. Very frustrating.

Well in the past I've been locked out of my account for whatever reason and now I'm having to deal with the app completely crashing. It won't even open up, the app stopped working all together. Frustration level at a all time high.

The most recent update won't even allow me to log in; it pops up with an error message about attempting something on a null object. EDIT: Please see the developer's note. If this problem occurs for you and you have an Android phone, follow their instructions to fix the problem.

Crashy app It used to work fine however after recent updates the app has been degraded. The fingerprint login doesn't work or it's janky or it's unscrollable or it doesn't show any data of loan or accounts. Over all messed up app in the recent times.

App has been asking me to send a text notification every time to login. My father has been locked out of his account on the first pw attempt with the app. Has been asked to walk in branch. Something on the back end of Keypoint has been acting up.

This app has always been buggy for me theough every change and update. It looks like it's updated again and I can't get into my account. It says my touch ID requires a password but I am not using a touch ID, just my regular ID and password please figure out your app

This version of the app keeps starting itself asking for login, and consumes a lot of mobile data and power. No such issue in previous version. I have to disable its mobile data usage now. Please fix it!

Update: After totally uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it finally works properly again. I'll up my previous score of zero stars to four. __________________________________________ The app was fine when it was working. But now it freezes upon opening it. Totally useless to me at this point. Dear software engineers, whatever your latest update included has broken the app for my Pixel 2.

Keeps starting itself and asks for login. I have a Pixel 2 XL and use my fingerprint to login. This app would start itself and ask for login. Sometimes it would even say that fingerprint login is not adequate and ask me to enter my password again. Since I use a password manager, it takes some effort to login again. Not worth the effort.

This app was working until the update, now I get a runtime error, like everyone else. I tried clearing the data the developer keeps suggesting, but the same error keeps showing up.

App is very easy to use. I especially like the capability of depositing checks by phone. Not all banking institutions have this option on their phone apps.

With s22 it crashes...not sure when the developers will fix the bug

The application has been broken for deposits since the last update, and KPCU indicates it may be a few more weeks before a fix is available. How can you conduct a bank with no deposits? V4.43 (3468) does not work. The latest release fixed the problem.

Excellent tool. Everything you need. Easy to do all your online banking. Customer Support representative, if you need help, are always courteous, friendly and professional.

The app is super buggy. Most of the time hands after 10 seconds of opening it. I have to force stop to even make the login come up. Had to clear cache too. The worst banking app ever.

Bugs never fixed it still crashed . this is crabby app.it crashed all time can't do banking in mobile any more. i may have to close account move to wells. i have been with this bank over 35 yrs. and it start going downhill now.
