First State Bank of the Florida Keys customers must be enrolled in Mobile Banking to use the KeysBank Mobile Banking App. To enroll, simply log on to KeysBank.com, see Preferences on the left side of the screen, & select Mobile. Once activated, your User ID and password will remain the same for online and mobile banking.
*To authorize transactions such as funds transfers, a Mobile Authorization Code is required. See Mobile Authorizations tab under Mobile Preferences.

Great up till 11/2019. Now it will not log in via app on my phone (one+ 7) Glad to improve rating as soon as issue is fixed.
Difficult to get on even with wifi on,shows two different amounts in the account that I still dont know why ,should go back to the old app
I love how it never loads. It's been like 5 years guys, fix anything. Okay it's been a week. I can't even access my account because this app is broken. 0/10. It's not like anyone reads the reviews
Stopped working this past weekend. Uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times with no success.

Ughhh 😩 won't open and load on my Samsung Galaxy android phone worked fine till about 3-4, momths ago now won't load..just gives me an error
The new online banking they have is terrible! You never know what is really in your account. Charges take days to show up.
I cant even download the app. It's been 4 hours and still "pending". So inconvenient.

unable to find your bank account and routing number through this application the bank is closed on the weekends so when there is fraud or your debit card is not going through online there is no one to call.
The newer app is not compatible with my phone

I tried it for the first time, clicked "new user" and it asks for my login ID. I don't have a login ID, I'm a new user!!! App doesn't take you to a registration page to create login info
Wow, I installed and I put in my login info and my app just closes. And I have a brand new phone so it's definitely a problem with this app
After each time it's updated it does not want to open, I have to reinstall the app. The check deposit option often does not want to take a picture.
Every time I hit the icon, I get a message saying "Unfortunately, Keys Bank has stopped working. "I live 100 miles from my bank and have a deposit to make! I stayed with First State Bank of the Keys because of the service. Now I must close my account. Thanks for nothing.
Worst online banking I ever had. You can't use it if you have othe6 than English keyboard on your phone. There some error regarding that. Do not recommend.
