The most useless banking application known to me. It has taken a whole day without being able to open it. I've attempted opening it using data provided by ALL of the networks, one after the other, as I thought the issue was signal strength. It turned out that other mobile banking applications opened swiftly and sweatlessly. Keystone Bank needs to wipe this moribund thing off, move away from current developers, and secure the services of guys blessed with imagination and innovativeness. At the moment, the bank is not ready for mobile banking services.
I withdraw my stars, this app has stopped working. I can no longer transfer money, pay bills and no transaction. It is very bad. *** The app is nice interns of speed and reliability. However, improvement is needed in area of mony transfer. There should be detail summary of transaction to include, Receiver's Name, Bank, Account Number, Date and Amount transferred. It is very necessary should proof of payment is needed in case of dispute, denial or confirmation. Some other Bank app have this feature. It's good keystone include it.
Great app but some issues need to be corrected to make it wow and wonderful. There is no transaction history, when you transfer money there should be details of transfer, Exp. The name of the bank you transferred money to, the persons account no, the amount transferred and the date of transfer should be stated to make it more secured for security purpose. Thank you
After downloading and installing, I successfully loged in and haven't been able to log in ever since. It keeps crashing and the technical crew are not even thinking of doing anything. Pls get another bank. These guys are not excellent
Last week after inputting all my details for a trsf to another bank, it processed for like 10 mns and told me 'Transaction Successful'. I got a Dr. alert for one transaction of 30k, but alas, I was actually debited 60k. Thank God I checked my bal immediately. The benef got a Cr. alert of 30k but his balance showed 60k. Thank God we work in the same office and he had to go withdraw and refund me. When I called keystone to complain they kept telling me that what they see on their system is that I trsf 2 times
The application is too slow. It takes too much time to do transactions and other other​ thinks. For a successful transaction please let the name of the receiver be shown in the message. Eg. Transaction of 10000 naira from (name of the sender) to (name and the receiver) is successful. Other banks are doing it.
For me, this is one of the best and most secured mobile banking application I am using. And believe me, it serves me rightly whenever I need it. The most amazing thing about this app is, it's security protected by the developers. Nice job!
Super app better than the former one, although I initially had challenge using it after i downloaded it. Keep it up.
Never seen any useless bank and app like this. Cant even make transfer to another bank. Time to leave you guys
The worst mobile app I've ever seen so far in my entire life..
I have never seen a useless application like this one, I couldn't access my account since morning, which kind of rubbish app is this? I am leaving this useless bank as long as I can't get satisfaction. Besides why can't I transfer more than a hundred thousand per day? Is it not my own money?
I can't login after the first installation, I prefer the old app, you need to do something very fast

A worthless app I must say, for about a week now I have been trying to sign up but in vain. It keeps responding thus: "cannot activate keystone mobile banking services on this device, please try again" whatever that means.
Can't access my account for 2 days now. The most annoying app in the world. I can't wait to apply for account closure. Rubbish!
But you need to resize the font size. At the last page for confirming transfer, the confirm button is below and for some phones it's barely visible.
I couldn't login and needed to transfer money, previous version was very slow that was why I upgraded, now I can't login at all. What's happening here? It keep saying failed to login due to bad internet service, do I need 10G to have good internet service? Pls do something o.

This app is really good. It is helping me greatly in sending money to my family from here India.
The upgraded version stinks. I haven't gained access into my account all day. Is there anything bank related you excel in?? If you must use the app, do not upgrade.
Its very interesting and easy to use more than other banks apps GT, SKYE, UBN, ECO, etc.
Of what use is a banking app that you have to rush to the bank over every little thing? They will never tell you that it comes with a spending limit. Rely on it to your peril. Why should they be restricting your expenses as if you are under EFCC watch. Nonsense.
Disastrous!!!!!! Cant access my account and know my financial status. Long holiday compounds situation. Is Keyston tired of serving customers?
