Good morning. Please work on the speed of inflow notifications. Even if the SMS alert delays, the mobile app should be reflecting almost immediately. I really like keystone bank, but in this era of swift transactions, it's really hard competing with my coworkers using apps like palmpay that reflect transactions almost immediately. Please look into it. Perhaps get better skilled personnel to upgrade your mobile app and your systems in general. Thank you.
This app do not allow me use finger prints to authenticate my transactions on my infinix zero x. i keep gettting an error message telling to activate it on the self service menu. i have tried many times without success. inshort there is no option for finger print activation on the self service menu.
For the past one week now, I've been seeing a pop up message stating that from 4/April/2022 if you want to transfer you will need to input the last four digits of your debit card, for Christ sake is that an improvement? Your trying to make people misplace their cards or get robbed Okay what if someone want to make and emergency transaction and doesn't have his/her card within? I don't think that option is necessary If you guys needed to add additional security it should be 2FA authentication
Almost every week I get a message that keystone app is doing maintenance on the app it is so frustrating. After the maintenance the app becomes slow and it tells me my transaction is pending but I get debited.
Easy to use,i just updated it now and less than a minute login was successful knowing the information required👍💯💯. Very fast and easy to use.
Since i updated the app just couldnt work, does not allow login, app keeps closing or stop working, it is horrible and frustrating.
Apart from some glitches here and there , its easy to use. I like that I get notified of multiple transactions after my first attempt, double security for the movement of my money👍.
This is the most terrible bank I have ever used, very frustrating. The customer care line will make you go through hell before you get help .I don't know if they ignore phone and allow them ring for eternity. Very horrible experience.
The app is troublesome, up till now I could not check my statement through the app, even after my complain i was asked to submit my email and other things, after dropping those details i can't still check my statement with the app . Pls do something to fix it.
After updating my app am unable to carry out anything transaction again, it will say reload.. very annoying and frustrating... you guy's should better fine a solution to the problem ooh, I go vex go close my account with Una ooo

Token time limit is just 35secs, before I could copy it and paste on my mobile app and wait for it to load 35sec don finish.....Omo u guys should just remove this thing abeg
Ve been trying to log into my account since morning but to no avail, whenever I put in my password on the app it will open the next stage, when I clicked on continue button it will not respond. What's going on? Pls kindly do the needful
I've tried registering my account to the app in order to activate it, but the OTP they are meant to send to me never arrives,, it's frustrating
I was promised that the 1500 I sent to someone 2 months ago will be sent back to me but it hasn't up till now. Also I get outrageous debits and stamp duty charges. why? why? Twice in a week I get charged for stamp duty fee of 50N, then you charge me 4N for credit alert...haba.. I want to disable SMS alerts please.
I am finding it difficult to transfer money since I updated to the new version, saying something went wrong that I can't transfer money for the moment, very disappointing
This is a very poor app please Couldn't login my account Referral is not optional in the registration Please work on your bank your services are too slow and poor Even transfer is a problem
I didn't see any upgrade here because there's nothing new in it fixed deposit and loans is not working at all. I dont no why you people include loans in this app while you know that you don't have the capacity to entertain us in this regard
What's wrong with this bank? It's the most useless bank I've come across, poor bank service.. I've been trying to make transfer but I can't because of a stupid daily limit, I waited for two days now but I can't make any transfer This bank is useless and it should be closed and shut down for Good
It's so sad that I have money in my account and I want to make use of my money I can't reach it. The app open and I can't access the main account to do the transfer I need to do, so bad and feeling so sad @ this moment.
I love the app and it's makes a fast and secure transaction and please still need more protecion on this app to avoid stelling my money by scammers Thanks.
The previous version of this app is much better, in this new update, there's no biometric feature for transaction confirmation. Fix it pls
How I wish I can give you guys zero star, what a useless app, even the bank is rubbish, how can I call the customer service line🙄 all for you guys to waste my airtime on your stupid advertisement😒 I was calling to ask how I can reset my password on the stupid app because it has refused to load the password reset page, very poor customer service
Why does this my app refuse to open before everything is going smoothly they show me my keymobile keeps stopping why does this happen to me.
Can not transfer money since 5am. Only receiving 'reload' all the time. It is very frustrating.
Probably the worst bank app ever. Horrible UI/UX, transferring is unnecessarily difficult and complicated
I had no problems using this app until recently when I changed my phone to a Samsung S9. Now I am unable to log on to the app. Once login details are entered, the app appears to authenticate, but it never gets past that stage. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but no luck. This has been a massive inconvenience for me. Kindly advise. Thanks.
This is a good app, but I'm not enjoying my experience... First of all, the time it takes to login, secondly, could you please put a list of all other banks to transfer to, rather than guessing which bank I'm transferring to... its frustrating after putting the account number and not finding the matching bank, Thirdly, when you make a mistake in inputing account number or bank, and it tells you error you can't edit it, you have to go back and start the whole operation again
Frustrating First it took me 3days before I could register. After registering, I log in and I can't continue beyond the first screen. I can't see my dashboard. I can't know what I have in my account. I can't transact. I have uninstalled and installed more than 10times. Now it crashes. I'm on my 11th install. This is really frustrating. That's the modest word I can find for my experience
