The KFAI Community Radio App allows you to listen to KFAI, pause and rewind the live audio, and view the program schedule all at once! You can explore On Demand content and wake up to KFAI with the alarm clock!

Terrible app. I wish they would fix it half the time you can't get on demand shows or if the on demand shows starts a few minutes into it it just cuts out and you can't get it back.
Content is great, just like the radio station. Organization isn't very intuitive; hard to find what I'm looking for besides live streaming (also like the radio station, but that's just another plus for 90.3 FM).
Excellent Community radio at its best my only caveat is having to use the app but as apps go this is one of the better ones.
Happy to have the app! It has made reconnecting to the station so much easier since I moved to st. Paul!

Thanks all for this...now the Metal and Country and Lounge ! App is pretty dodgy. Cant fire up archived shows. The streams are fun.
Does not work. Live shows won't play on my new cell phone. KFAI website won't play live shows on my new computer either.
As one will gather from the reviews, the CONTENT is wonderful. The technology...well, that needs some tweaking. It's EXTREMELY frustrating listening to a broadcast and missing parts of a conversation because the stream drops out. Sometimes it picks up where it left off, other times not so much. Another issue is the app playing after it's been manually paused. These two issues have occurred across multiple devices, across multiple WIFI sources...

So far I have been enjoying the app and it's multicultural music. I recommend it to anyone interested in deeply cultural music.

Great shows, tremendous variety, accessible (some shows even play requests!), and the best way to keep up with community organizing for progressive change AND to learn about new and not-so-new music, theater & the arts. My favorite radio station accessible anywhere bec the app is great!
