The worst ordering experience I've ever had. The app is completely dysfunctional. Even trying to send in my comments and feedback today we're next to Impossible. The screen says to select a province and the provincial options are "select one".. I didn't know we had a province in Canada named "select one"... Not even any provinces listed so why bother asking. At this point I have tried to order four times with no success. The worst app ever ..
I like KFC, the food is good, but this app is barely functional. Difficult to make use of the exclusive deals when the app is sending me back to the start page every time I click on anything. The least functional fast food app on my phone.
I love this app. Makes ordering and pickup so easy! I only gave 4 stars because recently I've been having issues with the app not bringing up the item I click. Instead it takes me to a different menu. The one without the special app prices that you get and I also very, very seldom receive anything on my offers.
Slow to load, constantly gives errors, doesn't display specials when tapping on notifications for them, even after uninstalling & reinstalling the app, or clearing data, it still works very poorly. Doesn't matter whether I'm on WiFi or cell data. Also at least 1 special deal in the past cannot be customized (cannot change dipping sauce for example). Even the website isn't great, but it works somewhat better. I have no trouble with other restaurant's apps. This has been going on for months.
It wasn't loading the order page. I updated and received the same error message. I uninstalled the app completely and received the same error message. Complete waste of time. I recommend a new developer for your app. It has problems more often than not.
The orders are not received correctly at the store - and you can't get your money back. When contacted the store about missing item they explained it wasn't on the order sheet. I said I paid for it, at least refund the cost. They said PROVE IT. I had to go to the store and show my order and still no refund. Placed a complaints with Corporate and the same response. What has this corporation come to? Lifetime customer lost forever.
Can't customize a customizable menu option?! Gave up after half a dozen attempts and cooked something at home instead. I'm really not impressed when I get notifications on my phone about 'exclusive' offers and then can't redeem them. Please fix this soon!
Extremely slow to load. Doesn't give you options to add or remove pickles and Mayo on the sandwich. No customization. Keeps freezing and crashing.
App is stupid now, keep trying to process payment, it says "we need to verify your identity" shows last 4 digits of my credit card and yet no option to tell them "okay go ahead" just shows "V" and then 4 last numbers that aren't mine and below it says "V" or "S" and that's it no option to say "okay confirm then?" Or any option to do anything, you are just stuck on that screen, so you push back and it says "order declined" literally no way to process an order. I can't give 0 stars, so 1.
The app is too slow, keeps lagging and breaking down, and doesn't even show items after adding them in the cart. Had to try 6 times just to order once. Could really use for some time in fixing things before releasing the app.
The deals are great! The app is INCREDIBLY SLOW, though. Even on excellent wi-fi, it can takes 30-60+ seconds to open, and between 5-60+ seconds to navigate. Please recompile this app. (Moto E 2020, Android 10)
False advertisement!!!! "Repas sans os $11.99" online only offer does not exist. You cannot find it anywhere either on the site or the app. Why then are you advertising it? It's the only thing I want and you don't offer it, only false advertise.
Slow, buggy and unintuitive. This app is clearly not optimized for mobile devices. A simple move from one view to another shouldn't take 5 minutes of loading time. For a large corporation competing against all the other food giants, this is by far the worst app I've ever had to endure.
App is garbage. Super slow and lags. Most of the time it won't even open. Always says it's down for maintenance. Tried to use it several times and been unsuccessful each time. Doesn't see to make a difference being connected to wifi or using data. Just doesn't work.
The app takes getting used to. It's not exactly user friendly and almost all the item photos are the same bucket of chicken.
I was able to create an account and sign in, but afterwards the app just gets stuck on 'Loading...' even if I re-start it. The app is currently unusable, unfortunately.
"Contact us" won't let me select a province when inputting my feedback. I want to complain about how there was a BEETLE wrapped in the lettuce from my mobile order but it's glitching and I can't submit my feedback.
Tried using it to twice,both times it said it would be to easy for pickup in 15 minutes,I arrived to no food,and they didn't even offer to take my order? Waste of time.
Easy to find what I wanted and no unnecessary back and forth. App does not suggest any add ons when ordering but not a huge issue.
KFC STOLE MY MONEY AND WONT GIVE IT BACK ORDERED FROM THE APP PAID THROUGH THE APP RESTURANT CALLED TOLD ME COULDNT FUFILL ORDER. TOLD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR REFUND. ITS BEEN A WHOLE MONTH SINCE AND HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING NO RESPONSE. NO HELP. I KEEP CALLING AND BEING TOLD THEY ESCALATE IT ITS OKAY JUST WAIT. GIVE. ME. MY MONEY BACK. DONT PAY IN APP OR ONLINE
The app provides a conveneint way to order. I like the fact that it aggregates all coupons and online exclusive deals and best of all, integrates with Google pay thus making for a convenient user experience.
Absolute garbage... Unable to actually place an order. Requires basically a police background check to set up an account. Security? Really? You're not a bank.. no guest option. Worst POS app I've ever seen.
This app is VERY slow, hard to navigate, and user UNfriendy. Too bad there is not a "minus" rating.
Don't bother with the app the prices are on the app are more expensive than the prices in the store. I just realized I've been getting screwed over the whole time. I just got a song-and-dance that because I ordered online prices are different and plenty of them are higher. Just another large corporate entity trying to screw the customer over.
Miserable app. Orders come as e-mails, and are not well formatted (do not render anything but the header). I need a text with a link back to the app with the completed order and a code! Not a fan of McD, but their app rocks compared to this! Searching for items you want is tedious (the scroll and touch features are poorly laid out). Might be better for homes with a tablet, larger screen for sure, but no good for a tradesman on the road trying to get a lunch. I had to forward the e-mail!
