Unsealed package, incorrect orders...such a poor job on delivery. Just because the customer is not right in front of the counter does not mean you perform a poor job. Very disappointed. Mainly the unsealed packaging, it's risky for your brand. Take it into high consideration. At least staple up before sending out for delivery.
The app is decent in itself, its the food delivery that i have an issue with. The food caused a bad bodily reaction and the increasing delivery cost. I shall not be using this app anymore, nor go to kfc in the future.
Worst app ever made, if you want to order multiple choice you cant, wanted to order spicy and non spicy streetwise 3 I was unable, tried to order different sodas on the same order you can't, rubbish, terrible developers
Disappointed with the delivery guys,they call you then when they reach they overcharge you paying,bad customer service to them recommend someone i dont think so.secondly previously when i orderd after my package was delivered it was open and just saw the delivery guy eating outside my compound 😮🤦
A very stupid app.. u order u get the wrong order today i have tried ordering nd it keeps cancelling that my adress is incomplete and i had previously ordered with the same address like 4 times
The worst experience ever - KFC Langata. I ordered and it's like they forgot about it. I ended up getting my food hours later😡😡🤬🤬
The order always comes in time haven't got any disappointments yet
please call for delivery... if you make an through the app it is never delivered., just call directly for deliveries
App has never worked for me. Stops at "select country". Silly
what happened to the app? it used to be a good one with Yummy but this new update doesnt even show the kfc which is 1km away.

I ordered the lunch box package and it was bad and the burger was small and bad I actually paid more for something not worth my money 💵
SCAM, no indication of areas serviced. They allow you to pay, then tell you to wait 24 hours for a refund.
get more delivery routes updated on your App. it's limited
Payment responses via mpesa too slow of you cancel you get a refund after 24 hours really !!! Am super disappointed

The app is so difficult to use for any customer. The user interface isn't user friendly and they say to select options when itself it offers only one option. You need to improve alot on this app. It's so poor
