Why has it stopped saving my payment info? It's not fun keying it in every time I want kfc. And it doesn't give me my bonus game card. And why give me a notification and then I click on it and it leads me to an empty notification page? This is a mickey mouse operation.

It's a relatively easy to use app that does what it's supposed to do. However, some of the functions are just plain broken, auto-filling credit card numbers from google passwords and things like that would not show up correctly. Could do with some improvements Edit: recently, it keeps spamming notifications, 8+9 of them whenever my order is ready. Payment sometimes also doesn't go through, causing delays

App had a little bit of delay, which was fine, but at the checkout option, there wasn't even a box to message if I wanted more chilli sauce or if I wanted my burger without certain toppings/condiments. Plus there wasn't an option to upgrade your fries to cheese fries. McDonalds has this option, and if you want to stay ahead of your competitors, you should be doing the same. Long story short, I ordered McDonalds instead. Cheaper delivery charge, able to accommodate to special requests. End of.

So many problems with this app. What's the point of having a menu button (top left 3 lines) when it doesn't respond to clicks? And when you add to cart it doesn't respond to so I was surprised when I actually added 20 of the same items unknowingly when I next viewed the cart. And stop always popping up with the recommended food when viewing cart, it's so confusing. And no advantage ordering self service as KFC staff will still make mistakes in their orders even this way, happened so many times!

Decent for ordering food for takeaway or delivery. However it takes far longer for the restaurant to get the order as compared to the kiosk or counter, making it unsuitable for dining in unless there's a huge crowd. The app also doesn't support saved logins so you have to reenter your credentials everytime. Overall not bad.

KFC did not send some of my food items when I first ordered using the KFC app. When I ordered the second time using this app, everything went smoothly. However, I'm gonna wait for the next time I ordered with them. I want to see whether KFC has improved entirely. If yes, then I'll rate 5 stars straight away.

Love the take away feature when they first implemented. Initially not many people are aware and i can avoid long queue and still collect my hot meal,so fun to see the others queue and look at me for taking food away as soon as i arrived. Now awareness is quite saturated though, food might not be hot when i bring back home but still beneficial as the food is still able to serve around the time frame.

Payment option can be very buggy. Entered paylah and it doesn't load the payment. Pressed back and I have to wait 3 mins to try again. Then when the payment doesn't load again and I have to press back, another 3mins penalty. What's the point of the app then, I just end up going elsewhere

Wasted $13.50, 40+ min and still didn't get my meal. My credit card app shows that the transaction was successful. However the app stated that there wasn't any order made, but trying to place another order resulted in a message warning me that there was a previous order placed. The hotline was slightly slow, but they eventually reply. However, by that point, I havd already wasted 40+ minutes waiting with no promise of my meal. If they do not refund, I'd just write off the $13.50.

Quite a few areas that can be improved. At the bare minimum, ordering using the app should allow customization of orders (e.g. Allow choice of drinks, changing sides, selection of chicken parts, etc.) That is possible in store. Add-on discounts in store should also be applicable on app in my opinion. Currently, the app feels like it is at 80% functionality and the only reason i am using this app is because i cant order coleslaw on Grabfood.

As a 1st time user, there is a lot of friction n frustration. I preset my home address in the profile. When I order delivery, I have to enter address again, no way to choose preset. I wanted to use promo code that KFC has sent on social media but Item not found in menu! When I checkout and entered my credit card, it notified my of special offer by credit card company. After viewing offer screen n back to payment screen, my credit card details all lost! Had to enter again!! Bad user experience!!!

This app is terrible. You'll get promos and vouchers that require DBS paylah as mode of payment, but then you'll never be able to change your payment type to DBS Paylah. You'll go around in circles trying to find out how and there's simply no way to do it. In short, everything's just plain useless.

Horrible app. Added all the items only to realise that all payment method lead to a 403 forbidden error and makes the app entire useless. Please fix all these bugs. Beyond fixing these bugs, please also consider alot of customers might want to customize and make some changes to the order like upsize or changing the drinks. But there is no way to actually make any changes at all. I can understand that maybe it helps to speed up the process, but simple things like drinks??? Please look into these!

Okay just to do this app justice and balancing the reviews, I have found the kfc app extremely useful and I always use it. Ordering is a breeze and I get my food with no wait times. Plenty of in-app deals to take advantage of and menu is clear and comprehensive. Delivery can be done in advanced (11pm delivery ordered at 7pm). Wonderful, can have movie supper without worrying about closing times.

Very lousy app development. Seamless login is horrible, FACEBOOK integration is not working. Google Account still need login manually, and not using the API properly. This is a work of attachment student. Be careful of using credit card usage with this app, if the basic of app isn't in place, how would you trust it handling your privacy and information?

Being using this app sparingly over the years and the experience today still seems like day 1 - slow, restrictive and buggy! Still no option for saved payment or 3rd party option like PayPal or Gpay, having to re-enter CC credentials for every order/s.

Lausy apps. After order from the app and go to restaurant to collect the order, the app can't even show the queue number. I showed the staff receipt number but the staff still can't find my order. Waste time to wait him to search for it and worse thing is at the end he still can't find. 🤦🤦🤦

It's literally impossible to place an order through the app for me. Everytime I go through and try to pay, I perpetually get stuck on the "Redirecting for 3D authentication. Please wait."screen. A hellish white void of a landing page that seems to be content with staying that way forever.

If you want to offer the tuesday promotion put a permanent button and allow us to add it in easily into cart. Wasted more money and ordered the 10 piece instead as the 6 piece promo suddenly disappeared. Imagine the surpise i had when it appear again after im done with payment. Lousy experience with ordering and payment. No comments to allow customers to indicate extra chili or requests. Stupid app. Hope your feedback people see this! Waste of phone memory.

Worst online store app ever. First page forces you to select if you want takeaway or delivery, it doesn't even give you basic features such as go to cart or purchase history. I tried to make a payment and entered my credit card details, and a pop up told me there's a promo with the card and asked if I want to view it. I clicked and it navigated away from credit card page to some general promo page, but when I tried to to go back to credit card, data filled is gone with error "unnatural refresh".

Waste of time. keep giving error of request id for merchant account is being tried a second time. cant place order at all. supposed to be faster than queuing but end up taking more time to order due to the error and have to join the physical queue. promo for sign up expiring but can't use. wonder if it is just a gimmick

Need a lot of improvement. It can't change visa card, it doesn't have time out feature, it cannot cancel at payment page like when your token ran out of battery it doesn't prompt you for other payment method. After more than 12 hours it still holding on to the error page. Cannot cancel, reboot didn't work, so uninstall but won't allow you to uninstall unless you logoff! After I uninstall, clear cache & shutdown to reboot. Then I reinstall & I don't even have to login. Please fire your UX team!

My experience with this app was far from pleasant. The non intuitiveness of the user interface, coupled with the lagginess of the application had caused me much frustration when trying to navigate through my orders. KFC, please fix the app. I know You can do much better than this.

1. I have encountered card payment problems a few times using this app, even after clearing app data and cache then trying again, same problem. Sometimes card payment works, sometimes it does not. Sometimes payment option does not go through and error message shown. 2. Auto-fill card details also has issues, the first 4 digits of my card details are repeated auto filled into the boxes, card expiry date also not auto filled correctly. Please check, other than the 2 issues, app works ok.
