Browse between the coupons and choose the one which fits you the best. With the restaurant locator find the nearest restaurant and redempt your coupon.
You can use the applicetion two ways:
- Registered account: By adding your mobile number you will be able to track your order by received text messages. Every function is available in the app and also you can be notified about every novelty and every new coupon. To use the coupons you need to have a registered account.
- Without registration: Some functions of the application will be unavailable without registration. You can still browse the menu and order to your home.

There's no way to cancel an order and they don't show you beforehand the pickup time. You might end up ordering AND paying something and it being ready to pick up in 5 hours. Just have the option to cancel ya numbnuts
Very poorly designed app, it doesnt say which restaurant you ordered unless you directly order from that restaurant. Developers if this app are retarded.
I work at a kfc drive thru and i think the coupon feature has some major flaws. First of all the app should have a notification that permits the user from accessing coupons if the app is not updated to the latest version. Every day customers come in with not up to date application and they order by telling me the coupon's number. These numbers change with almost every update. Another thing i noticed is that the coupons are doubled for some reason but i dont know if this is intentional.
Numerously tried to order delivery but the app keeps saying the restaurant nearby is temporarily closed. Absolutely false info as we then went to drive through of the same restaurant and it was fully functioning. Happend twice olso far. Very upsetting.
For 20 minutes it looked like I had ordered twice. It turns out, the first order was cancelled because the payment option I chose (GPay) didn't work/wasn't implemented. So why did it even let me choose that in the first place? And why did I have to wait so much just to find out what had happened?
Just DO NOT order from this app, it's good if you wanna check the menu but NEVER ORDER, delivery time is horrible, they don't deliver the food at the mention time but whenever they want. I received my food 30 minutes late, I waited for more than 1hour. More than 1hour!!!!
They have improved their app and i find it pretty useful now. Thanks Kfc (pls give more coupons :)))
Worst of them all I choose delivery, go to my basket. Okay gk back the foods, its deleted my basket. Ffs. Okay i do it again, i order. But this time dod not ask me if i want delivery or pickup. Automatically chose pick up for me. Restaurant closed 5 minutes later it was not even possible to pick it up. They did mnot delivery, could not pickup but i still paid 20 euros.
This app just doesnt work. The UI is terrible (you can modify the dips for the meal for example), the registration process doesnt work (it doesnt accept the code in the sms, btw. why do i need sms at all)...
App does not show the proper status. The order have not arrived yet when the app already shown as delivered. Maybe a confirm button or rate the delivery would be useful.
Shakes are missing from the app and the app itself doesn't show up for me through play store search. I was only able to install it from the site's link.
I'm really disappointed and the service was below my expectations. The food came more than 30 minutes after the estimated time and the food was cold and so little in size wouldn't recommend at all
I can't register to the with a foreign phone number wich doesn't really make sense. Other similar apps work just fine
They don't deliver to my area even though there is an establishment very close to me. The food is great but the app isn't useful except when I want to see the menu.
The app is slow, not accurate, not working properly, the message with the code what you have to get when you register is arriving late. Sorry for the whole Kfc establishment but this app is not matching up with the services and prices which kfc is offering.Either make a decent online service or delete this app. You shall be ashamed that after so many bad comments and ratings, no one gives a bloody f*** to fix the app.
The order process is a joke. It doesn't matter for time you want to pick up your order. They only start preparing your order once you show them the order number. This step is not described anywhere in the app, so if you don't know you'll be standing there waiting forever.
Google Pay was not enabled, credit card stuff wants me to enter details manually like animals. At least make it accessible enough to fill it with my password manager (bitwarden).
The food finally arrived cold after like 3 hours which I had lost hope for. No contacts, no support on the app. You are left in the dark if something goes wrong.
It let me choose the restaurant and select the order, but at the end gave an error:„The selected Restaurant is temporary closed“. I made a succesful ordew via web, but therefore i was not able tu use coupons.
Cannot use home delivery as the program does not register my address correctly - it should be 16 B but for some reason the only option I can select is 16 - which is my neighbor. Accordingly I cannot use pay by card or any other prepayment option. Not the best start to be honest.
Why there is no authentication for pick ups like numbers, name etc? Someone else picked up my order (Deák Tér) before me which ofc already payed for. Do i have to be at the entrance all the time ao they won't give out my food? No thanks
I used to check the menu on it because it's confusing in the restaurants, now the menu is gone, it says it's coming soon...
Useless. Can't order without registration. Can't register without writing down a code you get in SMS. Doesn't send said SMS.
Can't use coupons in the new version. I cant get registry text messages, thus can't log in. I have no numbers blocked.
The app is useless, since you can't choose a payment method, hence can't pay for anything
online payment never works.They let you order from the time they're open but after finishing your order,they tell you there's a scheduled delivery time which is 11:30.Why don't you just make home delivery unavailable until the delivery time? now I had to wait for 3hrs to get my order because I ordered around 08:00am.
The app was perfectly working before. But now I can not pay online. Please fix this problem because generally i like this app.
It works, I managed to order, but it's so incredibly slow and clunky I can't even believe it.
paying online is an absolute nightmare, it's unclear whether or not my payment went through, it says it was cancelled and then in progress, and I'd like to know if my money went through or not. just don't use the app for ordering.
