I've decided to give this app a go and, sadly, it was a mistake. Adding items to the basket was almost impossible 'cause the app has crashed so many times and once I managed to complete my order there was only a notification that 'something went wrong'. No matter how many times I've tried - I couldn't order anything. The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is for the options I have not yet tried that could actually work.
First order placed with the app and they've delivered wrong items. Complained to AmRest, some intern offered a coupon to make up for this. Agreed, but never received the coupon. Next 2 emails they simply ignored. As a result, I've discovered the variety of delivering restaurants in my area and will probably never consider ordering from KFC again. Thanks!
Fine overall in my experience but selecting a restaurant to pick up food from is an absolute pain. You can't browse restaurants by name, you need to find and select them on the map. I know how to get from point A to point B by tram/bus but I don't know where these places are on the map. And this app requires me to know if I want to order something when I'm far away & pick it up as I arrive.
Tried to register within the app - it accepts the phone number, but wouldn't allow we to add an email. Just sends a verification link to my email, I click it - and just land on the main website. The email remains un-added in the app. So I go to the website, register there, add phone number, email and address - all good. Then login back in the app with my phone number - and everything else is blank there, nothing synced. Add adress again. Try to add email - error "user already exists". 😤
I was trying to order from kfc.pl both from my phone and pc. When I click begin order the page freezes. When I do the same from the Android app, the app crashes. I eves tried to call the restaurant, the carrier responded with automatic message, that call cannot be made.
Deliveries are slow(1-2 hrs)and there is no option for order rating(other than spending 30 mins trying to explain the problem to the phone operators which 95% of the time only speak polish). However, the user interface is very friendly which is why I gave two stars
The app will let you order items that are unavailable at a given restaurant. You'll arrive at the pick-up with the realisation that your order has been simply cancelled. Quite a waste of time. Rather unreliable compared to other Fastfood competitors.
App is good but problem is the deliveries. I had blik prepaid order. Which was supposedly come in 45 minutes. It was delayed. Until here all good. But, after 1 hour. Order was marked as delivered where I didn't receive a single notification, door bell nor a phone call. I clicked help from the order page from the application it just showed me phone number which was main central in Warsaw. I called no one picked 3 times. At this stage my payment went through and I had nothing delivered..
Liked this app before, but after the UI update it forces you to get delivery from the closest kfc restaurant, even when it's closed with no option to switch to another close one that is still open. Way to lose customers.
Keeps redirecting me to a further away restaurant, and I have to change it manually, if I forget - have to travel to a distant branch. Even if I am standing next to a branch, making an order, every time it defaults to another branch. Annoying why it does that and why I can't set up a default branch - no such option
Unable to order or even log back in "Something went wrong" appears all the time. Cleared app data and issue persists and also appears on other device so it's probably server side problem, unless app has incompatible API now somehow.
I really like this app, just one thing - sliding horizontally is glitching most of the times, for e.g. when I want to slide to the right, or left to choose different options for a meal.
I wanted to order online but it requires a Polish number which I do not have and the app doesn't give the option to change the number to any other region number, I have a UK number and I just want to switch the first regional number, it is that simple and yet I couldn't and ended up not being able to order anything with an empty stomach. Please add more options on the number to login. Thank you
Half the time does not work right. It needs WiFi, even though set for both WiFi and direct. Usually kac wifi does not work,making app worthless. Not surprised if they mean it that way
In need of improvements, badly designed. when you choose to Reordered it doubles instead! Hard if not impossible to calcel order. No text or clear form of contact.
Unable to find restaurant for pick-up. Very helpful "Something went wrong". Can't display coupons. Home delivery also doesn't work.
Pros: Large selection of deals. Cons: Missing cancel order function. After order fails there is no clear indication what is the faild reason and what is the next step to get the money back for the failed order.
i cant leave a comment for my previous order. After arriving at home i found that chicken leg was just replaced by a wing in the order and i can't rate an order or leave any comment about that only just stop using this exact restaurant. And of course do unpacking right after receiving the order immediately at drive through window.
Crazy bad. I used "localize me" option and the order was sent 20km away, than I could not call the order off via the app, than it would not accept my address + other minor inconveniences
Food was late half hour. I was watching trough the balcony that driver arrived on parking,it took him some time to properly park then he was sitting in the car for another 5 mim then he decided to deliver upstairs. Food arrived generally cold,fries were already not nice,but the burger was still very nice. In general i will reconsider ordering again.
Awesome. I no longer can login with my login and password. App is prompting for a phone number. Using website is now a requirement on mobile. I guess we are both not amused at the moment.
The app keeps displaying 'something is wrong' during payment and cancels on the order. This renders home delivery completely useless.
Tried to make an order and pay by card, but didn't recieve the sms. And the app is on "Order Detail" with "payment canceled". The "Reorder" button doesn't work. How can I cancel the order?
You can't add 2 different Dippers. If you edit your bucket in the checkout it just disappears. Even if you specify your Dippers preferences expect that at least one of them will be missing.
Can't save address properly. I have to apply my address manually each every order. If I forget about this - the courier will struggle a lot. Good job guys nice feature.
