This app does not work properly with android very well.. It works for few days then if try to use it immediately kicks out without loading the app... This is not happening in the Apple xevice

Updating Civil ID information, I couldn't update my information using Kuwait ID photos, as the application designed to see the normal ID only. And due to the current situation we didn't receive the ID card for more the 10 months

Everything is good management and Great idea to create this Application. And our credentials is also very safe And Login methods is also very highly Secured

When I open the app it says update the version but at play store there is no update, app does not work. Please fix it

Easy to control all accounts, transfers and creadit cards. All ur account's details are in there.

Currently application not resopse after updating, still asking update, when press update going to open after that return back to update now !!!

The check deposit feature is not working very well every time i scan the front of the check it doesn't even detect it. I get a red error code saying MIRC not capturing.

This is a terrible app, it's very hard to use, it lags or breaks a ton of times. Everytime i exit the app for even a SECOND and come back i have to put all my data in again, which the fingerprint is supposed to remedy but it's completely useless? Cause i still have to put it in my information. It's annoying to say the least. Even the website doesn't work, I'm trying to activate my new card but it's making it so hard to do that

The worse bank application I had ever try.. Can't log in to it at almost 2 years.. called the call center but there is no help! UNINSTALL.

New updated application is not opening / working

The update user information is not working on my phone. After accepting first set of conditions and scanning the id and then after entering the required information, the phone simply turns into black screen, it doesn't proceed ahead. What's the point to ask the user to update their information from the app if it's not working? Kindly fix it asap.

It says that a new version has been released. It gives a message to kindly update my application. However, when I do press on the update button from the KFH Main Application's Page, it redirects me to Android "Samsung" Play store page where no application update button can be found. Instead, I could only open the same KFH Main Application page or uninstall the whole Application. Appreciate your urgent assistance.

It rarely works, always crashes when trying to open the app. Useless app. It used to be good, but lately it doesn't open. I hope the bank technician fixes this very soon.

Login sequence is full of bugs. Keep switching between security questions and detail questions. I managed to log in without entering the correct password, because i switched to an other app and back, and now suddenly my credentials are there. I don't even know my password anymore.

I'm using one plus android phone and finger print service is not working. Everytime i try to activate the service the application is getting hanged. Also when i try to update my personal information by scanning my new civil id through the application it is not showing a scan button and not scanning automatically so i m getting stuck at the scanning screen with the camera open. My problem with the app is that it stopped accepting my fingerprint access and I find that personally annoying. Also, why does always ask for the password even after a fingerprint and for EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION that I issue. I'm thinking of closing my account to find better options if this keeps up... Update: Even after more than a year since posting, this App continues to be much more useless and it's making it difficult to use. It's not even accepting my Fingerprint anymore!!!!

Cancel option is not available. Login Failure After entering all details correctly it asks me to scan my fingerprint. When I place my finger in my sensor (I have in Screen Sensor) it doesn't detect and doesn't let me login! I am not sure why it wants my fingerprint when I haven't registered any. And since it's not letting me login without Fingerprint, I cannot register it as well!

After the last update, the app does motivation work the the entire screen gets frozen. The mobile I'm using is Samsung Note 8. If there a solution, please let me know. Of there isn't, also let me know so that I can Uninstall it. Thank you

Very good app.. While transferring amount.. The proceed button is being down untouchable on screen and scrolling doesn't work... Need to fix it... So sometimes not able to transfer cash on android... Other than that great application... All the best

Great App. The bank should advise us to uninstall the App and reinstall it so the fingerprint feature would work again. I did this by myself and activated the fingerprint in the App when I found out that it stopped working after the Last Update. I advise users to do the same.

(I have tried several times to login, it says password invalid. It wouldn't even reset password. I am typing correct information. Still. 1 star ) New update: I love this application, thank you for making the application work for me. It makes everything just so easy. 5 stars

Why make the security questions in arabic. This is NOT FAIR for non arabic speakers. Ive been trying to log in and i guess ill end up hoing to the branch itself just for this process
