2 stars, because previous experience was really nice, but last few days the app could not load the restaurants list and could not make any order. No contact can be found to make complain.
Orders get canceled for no obvious reason. There is no feedback nor dispute option, one time my order got canceled at 1 pm, then the delivery guy knocked on my door at 4:30 pm with the canceled order!!!
it says there is an option for additional comments, but there really isn't. the app just doesn't work most of the time, its frustrating!
The app keeps saying it needs an updates, goes to the store, and there is no update. App dosn't work
If I would make two orders from two different shops, I have to wait for 30 minutes, which is very poring.

User experience is being trashed. Is it too difficult to have a switch instead of a damn check box for adding and removing extras from a sandwich? I'd order a sandwich without a hot sauce and get one with hot sauce. Why have two check boxes for with/without ??? And it is confusing even the restaurants they miss the order all up. I can't believe this app is being marketed at our university.
