Bluetooth is terrible. My app is up to date. Tried restarting bluetooth, my phone, the app, and the device itself. Nothing worked. The app wont connect at all anymore. Still a fun gadget to use. But the app is useless.

The app sometimes looses Bluetooth connection. I do wish the older games had sound like the pinball one. I feel as if some of them would be easier to focus on if there was a chime indicating when to move one.

I've had for a few years. I am finally becoming consistent with this app. I like it. I wish there were more games..the only issue is the Bluetooth taking ages to connect.

Bluetooth connection still doesn't work. Tried all the tricks, restart and update app, device, everything. My Bluetooth recognize kgoal but connection is not working.

Bluetooth does not work at all, I've spent over an hour and a half trying to connect. Terrible design and not user friendly at all

If you have Android go for another dispositive. Kgoal only works with IOS (sometimes with very unstable bluetooth connection). I don't recommend this product.

The app is unable to connect to Bluetooth. I am frustrated having bought the device for 150 eur + 50 eur costs and it just does not connect.

Version 4.9.2 Bluetooth still doesn't work! The app cant connect to the device.

App doesn't work. When I click to "connect" the app just close.

I used it for about 20 rides and was very satisfied. I will continue to use it

Great exerciser and fun games. Especially newly added bricks game is really fun to play! :-)

This is a new review since the app update to 2.5. The Bluetooth connectivity is no better. It will connect, but loses the connection as soon as I try to start using it. It seems to keep the connection OK if it's outside of my body, but that really doesn't help me. I've had this thing for years now and have never made it work. It's strange for years to go by with an app still in beta. I guess this is why.

Don't buy a Kgoal until MinnaLife fixes the app. Even though it always took 3+ attempts, my phone used to pair with the Kgoal, but not anymore. This is not a droid or phone problem, either, because Bluetooth shows connected. 2014 Motorola Moto X running Marshmallow.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT! The app doesn't work with any droids, read ALL the reviews. They HAVE NOT fixed Bluetooth connectivity problems despite the company claims they have. You will end up wasting $150 since they don't take these back. Be forewarned if you ignore these reviews!!

Difficult to get into the right position, but once there is good. Bluetooth won't connect unless I disconnect my Samsung Gear fit ...which is weird, but easy enough to do. It won't connect and causes my Gear fit to disconnect/reconnect constantly. I've been doing pelvic floor physio in prep for surgery - and the 'games' are a motivator. More types of workouts would be awesome. Maybe a front vs back targeted one. 3 star due to connectivity issue. Also wondering what max perf on a skill would be- 10?

Medical reasons and it worked once! I have done all the uninstall, updates, and it only got worse. Add to Bluetooth start up and it's gone. I have tried many times, and for an hour today. I give up. To bad I can't return! Can you please release an update that sticks. Over 200 bucks and I feel scammed! 😢

Bluetooth drops in the last 30 seconds of the workout and my scores aren't recorded. Happens constantly. Too frustrating.

Bluetooth works still bad and not stable. Today I can't connect after 10 attempts. Sure device is turned on. I tired to waste time while Bluetooth will connect at least.

I cannot get this damn thing to connect consistently. It's very frustrating to have this expensive piece of hardware and not get any use out of it. Hopefully, this will get fixed somehow in the app.

It doesn't even give basic info on the insert or video, such as what the device feedback vibrations mean, the correct positioning, etc. The Bluetooth can turn off in the midst of the workout, and doesn't reconnect. It is a terrible product.

I haven't been successful in pairing and keeping a connection long enough to complete even one workout. Huge waste of money.

I have tried and tried to connect the app through Bluetooth with my kgoal. I finally got it paired one time after many tries. This is a piece of junk and I can't believe I paid all this money for it. Very unsatisfied customer.

The product synced on the first try. I did two workouts and they were actually fun. Needs more exercises. Needs exercises that targets the vaginal back wall instead of just the sides.

Love the device itself, but the app leaves much to be desired. Never send to be able to pair with the device. Not really worth the money paid. If they fix the app.... Maybe

I think it's the device itself, not the app, but really buggy and frustrating to use.

I had to fiddle but I've found that if I turn on the Kgoal device, pair it with my phone (in andriod Bluetooth settings), then I open the app (it must be completely closed at the end of your workout and reopened at the next one). Go to workout and the app then prompts you to open the Kgoal app settings and connect. It's worked everytime. Quickly tap the on button if it's registering a squeeze when you are relaxed. More fun that a pelvic floor physio session. (Sony Xperia z3 comp running Marshmallow)

Poorly working app. Connecting kgoal to a phone takes ages! Whenever I press connect it turns off the phone Bluetooth so pairing is lost!!!
