Khalti Digital Wallet (Nepal)

I personally like this app because it does not take any service charge upto certain slab and it gives good cash back frequent offers are also given . However , the app does not gets locked as soon as it is closed. It must be locked as soon as it is closed because any other person may in any case misuse it when our mobile is not with us

Overall very good service and good cashbacks.....but I am facing some issues with the app 1) App lock is not polished as every time I have to open lock 🔐 , it should be unlocked unless we clear it from recent app. 2) I am not able to add my email address as it shows email is already registered but in the home page it doesn't shows added email... Hope you fix these minor bugs and errors

I m a merchant user of it giving just 4 star only because it gives good cashback but technical errors occurs a lot in topup.While top up balance get cut from wallet but shows pending for long long time which causes a lot of problem to merchant users. Sending balance to bank account sometimes get stuck and is submitted in bank next day which is also causing problem to us...So please look through this problem, solve it soon as possible..

While recharging, Worldlink Yearly subscription should have also have monthly payment option to choose especially when price are same. Blocking customer rights doesn't make sense. Looking at this scenario, Worldlink monthly subscription users have more control over their recharge system then yearly subscription users. Khalti does do something about this. Protect your users rights.

Why i amnot able to load khalti via any Visa Card although it's already there in khalti we cannot transfer card loaded balance hereby in Bank,it's already goes to bonus balance,we can use digitally hereby such as airlines ticket top-up etc,my point is that why I amnot able to load khalti via my card to use solely for digital payments

Everything seems good, I have been using for some time. The only issue/concern is, whenever I set the reminder for payment, it doesn't send reminder. Please check once. Thanks in advance.

Always gets me in problem when i need to pay in stalls or ride share because of session logout... Either change your session policies or notify us when the session is going to be logged out... What kind of behaviour is this ... The session logs out when we are in a hurry

Why the heck are you giving updates every 2 or 3 days ? Tired of updating the app. Make it stable. Each time I open the app, it asks me too update again

Best of all ! Providing cashback coupon through email is appreciated but it would be better if you provide through sms. Here are some suggestions I wanted to give: 1) Khalti points should be provided below the transaction of Rs150 also. 2)Providing A virtual and physical card like imepay . It would be very useful to withdraw cash from khalti through ATM when battery dies of phone. 3)More banks should be added to link to Khalti. I have account in nabil bank but its not in link option.

Hardly ever reads QR code from the gallery. If the feature doesn't work most of the time, better remove it altogether.

This app is of no use 😡 Customer service is very useless They show all the unnecessary offers but not the transaction limit and dely your work Their customer service number is always unreachable so this app is of no use 😡 Most importantly, it is very slow

Very inconvenient and unfriendly app. eSewa is far better. Any bank app or Connect IPS is far better.

This app never seems to work when you want it to work. Can never seem to pay without the app crashing. Horrible features for an online payment app. Yes I have updated the app and even called the customer support but couldn't connect. Useless app.

Warning ⚠️ warning ⚠️ warning ⚠️ I have tried to buy 5 movie tickets through Khalti and it wasn't successful but Khalti cut off amount from account. I have reported the issue to Khalti but they kept saying this issue is being looked over since last few days. I don't think Khalti wallet is safe for use. Warning ⚠️

The most disappointing digital wallet after esewa. What's the use of code scanning option if you aren't accepted by other payment systems?? I had to face a huge problem as khalti wasn't accepted by other code scanning payment system. Going to get rid of this app as soon as my balance is over.

It's Better than esewa it's contact on time after issue is report and solved it. I've used both esewa and khalti but khalti is best digital application I've chosen.

Loved it! The way we get huge cashbacks in any sorts of payment is quite amazing. Only the problem is it have some bugs. Otherwise it is one of the best digital wallet for me.

After recent update, the app keeps crashing while using topup function.

Amount is loaded and transferred lately. Sometimes take approx 30 min. Need to improve system.

I give 1 star rating now because it has some problem when i top up balance then making queued for more than 12 hours. Some customers angry with us.

Edit: I got contacted.by the team and they have fixed the quiz notification issue. Thanks to the team. Original: Even though I turn off quiz notification, I still receive the notifications. And I couldn't find the setting to turn off other general notifications. It's really frustrating to receive 2-3 notifications per day that I don't want.

App hang when typing mobile no. After todays update. Hope fixed issue soon.

I have great experience using Khalti app, Is there any way to pay to daraz online shopping from this app? I AM NOT GETTING THE WAY, I SUGGEST TO ADD MORE FEATURES TO MAKE IT MORE USABLE, BEST WISHES TO THE APP

I like no charge for transferring money from one bank to another service ,it should be continued!

since recent update i am unable to send money to bank account . It asks to complete my Kyc though my kyc is already been updated. Also when i try to update kyc ,I cant choose occupation as no options are available and it cant be continued unless we choose occupation. Though we can easily transfer money from browser app is not working. Otherwise best app

Very good apps for making payments and Mobile topup. Mobile topup is little bit slower but good, it can't take to much time. I really like this app as it is very easier to use. Thank you!!!
