App is not updating regularly. for example, If u observe the Public representative section in the app, still showing khammam MP as 'Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy' today(29Aug2019) and raised Grievances also 'under process' since long back. unable to take updates from the play store. don't know whether it's updating or not

Please improve the functionality of the app, receipts of property tax cannot be downloaded as there was no option though the print receipt module was there.Please keep the seperate download functionality of each successful transaction or record

At first, when I raised complaint, with in week it was solved.... Now i tried to login again through phone number, i am unable to get the OTP to my number....

When open the application the application will ask you the name and previous status rating. After completion of that rating application automatically disabling.

Too Many Upgrades are Needed. Didn't Work Properly. If U want see Ur house tax, there is an error comes or shown as illegal property. How can the MuncipalCorporation gave us HouseTax when it's illegal? In the public preservatives MP shown as Ponguleti garu & commissioner shown as Sandeep garu.
