I use this app in my business, I use my app on three devices with OTP on one number, but the entry on the other device is not backed up with the entry in the other, so if you turn on the refresh option and upgrade, it is better ...!
Only Time waste . I use this App from 2 year first it was work and when I changed my mobile then it show unexpected error and not login . When I complaint on WhatsApp and email but they not respond properly only say our team is worked on that problem still 2 months not working. So please you advice don't download the Khatabook . No star only Time waste Application
App is good. It meet my requirement. But there is one issue that I'm unable to generate report, It shows an error "Report download failed". It was working fine for me a month back.
Installed the app and using it for last 2 years and I realized that it needs some more options for money as it comes. As I am a tuition teacher, I don't want to write that I have given some money to someone. Instead, it should be like per/month basis or like we can choose from the options like per lecture or per semester. By the way, thanks for the great app! Looking forward to see the updated version with the desired changes after updation. ๐๐๐๐๐ค๐ค๐คฉ๐คฉ
Khatabook is a really good app I've been using it from the last week and it seems pretty good. But there's one feature that i think is missing I think it should show the balance of the customer/retailer after every transaction , this feature could be really helpful with customers/retailer with alot of transactions
Great! I used this application from last 2years.... All my debit, credit transaction safely stored here. When I need any transaction record I see this application. Really I refer it those, whose debit, credit transaction need to record in a physical khatabook. From now, use this virtual Khatabook.
Review on 22/05/22, After this updation there are some changes which I felt and these are not good like when we make a entry of amount in some one account, the entry is not being shown on the top, we have to scrol down to see this, and second is there is no option to remove the collection date from calender while it was earlier. More over, this is my third review for this app but there is no work done from your side for any of three, i am not happy with you support.
I am using Khatabook app from over a year. I found some bugs. 1. I am not able to change my default bank account for collecting payments. 2. I am not able to find manual data backup option.
User interface is good . But app is worst why because it is only business purposes not for personal use. Gudbye to khatabook. Payment are blocked some unusual activity. I am using personal so weekly two or 3 times i am receiving/collected money through this app.. i recommend to use okcredit application it have more feature payment method and 1-lac/day transaction and UPI/credit/debit/qr payment method also . I contact customer care but the problem is coming again and again.gudbye
Very good app to record you transactions. This app is not only useful for shopkeeper but it is also useful for normal people who wants to record their day-to-day transactions. I personally use this app to record my transactions like how much money I gave to whom and how much I should pay to whom. Very useful and practical app I recommend you all to download this as it may help you get started with managing your money.
Thank you guys for this awesome app. Very, useful but, I would love to have few more things, such as- i) 2 or more 'cash book' (if possible 'addable' or 'deletable') with 'renaming' facility in any 'khatabook' segment. ii) 'search option' for 'entries' within cash book.
A good useful aap but now irritating whenever I buy a new cell and try to log in there is a messege" unexpected error" and I could not log in. Last time I complained about it and after few days I was able to open it but today I am facing the same issue. Am I going to loose my data? Developers kindly takeup this issue seriously.

How to add monthly interest. No option is here. Give option to remove added bank account and UPI payment link of yours in e-statement that goes to customer. I want to switch it off. 2ndly, option to add our own UPI payment link or bank account.
Highly unprofessional way of working, they'll freeze your funds when they want without even citing a reason, and they wont tell you the reason even after asking for it, i have my rs 37,415 freezed in my account and my it is suspended, and when i asked for reason they wouldn't just tell, and not even a definite time for resolution of problems, do not use this app. They'll keep on saying that the problem will be solved on the earliest but wouldn't ever, i am stating everything with proof, shutdown

My payment is blocked. I tried to get money. But all process are not processed. Very bad aap . They give payment qr. After blocking payment they ask for verification.

I request everyone not to install the application This is dates and waste application i used it for 6 months Now I'm regretting why I used it Because the application is not opening since last 1 month unexpected error I have contacted the developer 5 to 6 times but my issue is not resolved I am very confused where my data comes from It is requested from you that such an application which is bad for more than 1 month, do not use it.
It's pretty good experience with khatbook but saveral modification are needed in date section. Reason: When I want to enter data of past day I have to change date every time with each entry.
Application is good but there is no option for empty recycle bin . After feedback still no issue resolved. So kidney give option to user can manually remove data from recycle bin.
The features and experience that the app offers are phenomenal! The ability to bug people for what the are due via different apps including WhatsApp and SMS, the super clean reports are amazing. Highly recommend this awesome app, hope the data is not being sold to third parties! To make it even more amazing, please add the app into the options when we go to *share* option on a photo within gallery or photos or elsewhere. Also, it would be great if you could support PDF formats as well.
