Khloé Kardashian Official App

After subscribing and trying to login, it does not recognise my email/password. After emailing support and being promised that they reset it, I experienced the same problem. Trying to unsubscribe is impossible,because you cannot login in the first place. Utterly shameful. I note most reviews experience the same problem. Khloé, why do you not act on these shameful service that is being offered?

Since the day I downloaded this app I realized that it was not for me. I replied to the emails that they sent begging them to take me off the list and to cancel this program. It is October and since July they have been taking $2.99 out of my account every single month without one response!!!!!! Thieves!!!!

I subscribed.. my checking account was charged and I can not log in! Keeps saying there's no user with that email. Very disappointing. I expect better service than this

The app really needs to be redone it logs out so easily and I have to relog back in anytime I want to view something. It's 2.99 per month I literally installed the app for like 3 hours and already decided against it should really offer free trial.

I unsubscribed from this app months ago and it is still charging monthly! I called support and it will not stop charging me I hate this app didn't even work had to go get a new bank card just because of this

used to love the app but now every time I try opening it I get the same message saying the traffic is too busy... no use paying for a subscription if I cant use it.

Some articles are still showing as locked even thought I've been subscribed for months

I signed up for the subscription and still can't access the locked content?? Please help

Do not waste your money.i cancelled after 1 month but they have charged me for the last 5 months!!! Can not get any help in cancelling even though i cancelled months ago

Khloe is my favorite one. I love the app. Why so much negativity. You all are just haters if you dont like it then don't try to down load it. Keep your nasty comments to your selfs. Nothing in life is free just cause she has a show that pays her doesn't mean she has to have a free app.

I love Khloe and loved the article titles which is why I got the app and subscription. Every article is literally only a paragraph long. Literally. And the info in it is common sense knowledge. For example title "my pregnancy cravings". Article "of course I get cravings and I give in to them in moderation". Okay..... And now I can't figure out how to unsubscribe to stop getting charged. She only has instructions for iPhones on her website.

I was excited about the app but then started having issues with it signing me out on it's own over and over. Help from her team did nothing because they said they couldn't find my subscription since I went through Google. And now it's not even showing me any content, just a black screen with her name on it. Unsubscribing, not worth the hassle.

R U kidding me.. I paid the 24.99 4 WHAT ... Everything is locked. This is AWFUL. Y would I pay the fee and get litetally nothing. I joined to support and I truly like her But this is just robbery and so wrong. I paid the higher fee thinking ok wth My daughter is having a baby I'm sure Khloe has stuff I would love sadly I am locked out .. what did I get 4 the 24.99.. please look into this

Downloaded app to see what her baby shower was like app is pretty empty hard to navigate nothing really in there that she doesn't post on Instagram or twitter save your money. Adore khloe she's the sweetest kardashian but this app is terrible. Congratulations on your baby girl though ❤️ used the app for 10 mins wasn't worth the price requested refund through Google which I found how to do in the email I received to confirm purchase. 2 seconds after requesting refund it was accepted

Paid for Subscription with PROOF in screenshots sent to Developer team, "Steve and Kevin". They claim that they can't find my email or subscription because I purchased through Google Play, which makes no sense. Refuse to give me a refund or set me up with an account when I sent screenshots that I really did subscribe and the $3 was taken out of my account. No help what so ever. Waste of money, time and support. UPDATE: Still haven't received a response so went through Google who agreed to spam Whalerock

I should have read the review pre downloading. I saw a teaser ad on YouTube with khloe her sister trying some of the sister's make up line and that's why I even considered installing this app to begin with ... as I took a whirl around the app content I realized very quickly that this is NOT a FREE app. Everything you try to do prompts you to the screen to sign up monthly. I realize it's only 2.99 per month but this family is getting way too greedy. I'm all for people charging for actual valuable services .. but Khloe is asking people to pay for stuff you can easily get elsewhere online FOR FREE . I just think that it represents her poorly. Assuming the majority of this app users are khloe and maybe all of the Kardashians, so perhaps there are individuals that feel the content offered is worth it .. and great for them.. but I am removing this app immediately

No longer works for Galaxy Note 8. Unsubscribed and uninstalled as a result. It's also quite a waste of money to an extent so I should've uninstalled a while ago. There's some good content but it's mostly just fillers to give the illusion that you're getting your money's worth. This review also goes to kourtney's app as well since it's the only other one I had, including the fact that it will no longer load.

I was excited to download this app to read the articles regarding Fitness, but I was disappointed when I found out I needed to pay $2.99 to be able to read the articles. It's not worth it for me to spend money on information I could find for free on the internet. Besides the app is difficult to navigate not user-friendly. I think a $2.99 one time fee would have been fine but not a monthly fee

I love Khloe that's why I downloaded the app but when virtually everything is on padlock, what's the use of the app. Only few things are free, the rest padlocked until one subscribe. I think you should be better if you just say "subscribe before you have access to any info on the app". It's not good at all.

The app is not bad the information is good, very vague but not bad. It does log me out constantly on it's own. And since all the content is pad locked to the public I have to keep loging in to unlock the content that's only for subscribers.also the navigation is so sensitive you can't touch something before it sends you scrolling to the top and then you have to find your place. It's a big pain please fix this.
