Worst app i ever seen of a insurance company. No user friendly interface. Every time got locked and ask for re-registration. Can't understand.make it user friendly for customer. Not only for your employees. Very bad experience.
Useless app with no solution. Wastage of time. OTP sent by email never received in time. Mob number change process not outlined. Unable to see details of policy in one go This messaging system is user unfriendly. For payment you again ask for policy number and DOB, while continuing in the same session. You have restricted special characters to be used in password. Why it should be restricted to a few selected by you. I open this site once a year and every time my password is expired. Huuuu
Consistently useless app. Over the past six months, I've downloaded this app thrice, and had to uninstall because of lack of usability. Today, I found they've never paid attention to the feedback from any user. Don't waste your time.
PnbMetlife should reduce their folks on call center and improve their website and app. Most website transactions will not work flawlessly. It takes multiple times effort to get something done. For app also rather than the chatbot way, why cannot it be developed as any normal app. Or atleast provide an option to normally browse and perform actions and keep the chatbot option to only those who are interested. App works and is better than website, but not intuitive.
Rubbish app. Keep the options interface simple instead of the irritating bot chat. Trying to register ENach mandate for the past 2 hrs. Even SI instructions options don't work. What is this app meant for if I have to visit branch everytime. ZERO stars
Very bad app. It doesn't allow to register. Even I have added proper password with all combinations but still getting same error. It's not a "Khushi" app, it's a "Gam" app.
I am unable to use now. It was working. Now not opening and very difficulty. Previous password also changed suddenly and not useful. Pl rectify.
Few days back i have installed and registered in this app. Now when i tried to log in with forgot password.... and gave my details.... it says no such details are matching and tells me to register... If i try to register it says already exits... Cycle is repeating...
Very poor app. Prepared to reflect it is helping one for customer, but Indeed, just like the service from pnb official, this app is also terrible. But every time you need to login again after getting reply on your query. Also Policy document can not be downloaded.
UI not working properly after updation. Not able to see login option now after updating the app. Look into this issue on high priority.
The worst app that can be. Its a chat bot which has no answers and you links you to webpages for any thing. You can't get any info here and not even do something as simple as pay your premium. Their webpage does not work to which the app directs so you are on your own with this.
I am not able to register. To create user id it took 5 min and not able to create password. Trying since half an hour and not able to register. Worst app, recommend not to waste time by installing this app.
Wasted my whole time installing this app. Though I could take a reference from the reviews posted by users.. I kept entering password for the registration but all in vain.. Doesn't go beyond that..
Not getting registered even after following the rules for setting correct password. I am an App Developer, give it to me I will fix the issue.
While updating Bank account details upload selfie option is not working. While updating address OTP is not going . Bugs can be fixed.

Very bad interface. The AI doesn't work properly. Insted just make a normal app that has all tabs so that we dont have to again and again type and get a response from the AI. Its just a waste of time. For getting a simple document download, it says unable to get the documents atleast 5 times and then 6th time the document is available to download. Very bad app.
Terrible experience. Many icons, labels are not visible, this creates major confusion. Several options, buttons do not work. Bad color scheme that renders poor visibility / reading of menu at various places. I had to download a form and that never happened. Appears to be a very half baked app, that was launched as name sake.
Worst app I have ever seen.Everytime it fails to register. Shame on the devoloper for making this fun.Even 8th class standard student can make better than this .......No option left but to uninstall this nonsense app......
Worst experience. In order to change the password ,you need to wait for OTP which will take ages to come,in return the time gets expired to log in
Horrible terrible and Useless, the app doesn't work, I tried using the app for the frst time and trying to log in but insted of doing all the said terms I cannot log in, the app will not allow you to log in and create a account , because it will not accept the password even though you follow the procedure, upper case. Small case special characters, this is the 3 time I am trying to do it but in vain. Please delete the app from playstore or make it work.
Its a very bad experience with this app. It is waste of time. I never create useid and password in this. It not useful.
Bad app. Iam trying to download payment receipt but unable to login the same. When we enter proper login credentials, we are unable to open the same. When we reached near by branches, they are not helping to clear this issue. Some what they are pointing out other staffs but there's no solution. pls change the app and provide normal user id to clear this issue.
Very poor app functionality - once an option is selected, it doesnt allow you to select a different option, unless we log out and log back in to the app. Extremely frustrating user experience
It's one of the worst mobile app that I have seen; supposed to update bank details but not able to complete it; photo can't be updated as the button press doesn't work et all... Tried multiple times but all in vain; web app also doesn't work... What have done by buying MetLife insurance: they are holding payout for about 3 months now The app does not allow me to upload my selfie or the phot; without that, the submit button can't get enabled and not able to complete the bank updates
Very much useless. The program is user unfriendly. Won't recommend anyone to use the app.
It isn't working even after entering the correct personal details and registered email which were acknowledged by the company during the registration process.
Its worst app and worst company to buy any policy from. Even after one year, there is no support. No satisfactory answers on toll free number. No idea on where your money goes after premium. They do not update on app unless you complete 2 premiums. Dont believe anything they said while taking policy as 90% of it is not correct. I learned it hard way.
This is the most unusable app i have experienced. Have used many a banking apps. The app logs you out when you go to your banking app to get IFSC. Ok, atleast you deviated from the screen. It logs you out when trying to upload a document from the google drive. What next, you sneeze and it logs you out! User friendliness must have never occured to who ever designed this!
