not sure whats wrong with the app, but it works rarely for me. Every time i try to login it gets stuck at loading forever, it wasnt an internet issue because my other apps were loading fine. Forget utilizing the tools of the app, whats the point if something as basic as login doesnt work. 🙄
The sign up confirmation email points to a "localhost:8080" url. Looks like a big failure in moving from a test setup to production. And there is no email to send any issues to. The Kia Module is mentioned in the app, but there is no indication how users can buy this. The UI/UX needs to be improved.
Just bought the car Can't even get registered, United States are not in the country section for some reason, incorrect vin even though it's the correct one. Don't bother trying it. Was really looking forward to using remote start and other things
Thanks for solving this issue. now app is back to normal guess server down. Will this app work with any bluetooth odb adaptor or only work with kia odb adapter? where can i get this adapter. The remember password check box on login screen not working. It's supposed to be easy to get into to book a service. I feel like I need FBI clearance to get into my account. Also, why is my default language Brazilian? Atleast have the option to change the language on the landing screen. 🤦♂️
I downloaded the app. Before even using it it wants access to photos calls etc. If you don't allow access you can't use app. I cannot see the reason why it needs access to my personal info. Thumbs down.
This App was working great just now I need to log into its give me the account blocked because I didn't log more than 3 months, really!!!!! and there nothing to reactivating the account stupid thing I have ever seen
Why is no one fixing the app despite the million bad reviews? Basic step of registering your car itself fails. When I try to register it says my VIN is already registered. When I say forgot username password and I enter the VIN it says "please enter the valid VIN". I'd give 0 stars if I could!
To difficult. Want to use, Should be able to log in with my rego number, email, phone number but not long Vin. Dealership told me I would be on record after first service. Not true, so disappointed 😏
3 stars cuz the app can't check the VIN. I tried many times but it required to enter a valid VIN. Fix it please. Thanks.
the app is not working as it always say an error occured after signing in and I have never been able to access the application
keeps showing errors and incorrect information despite it's correct, KMC was nit supposed to link accounts with VINs as the main necessary condition for activation of application
It is glitch and always crashing. Besides, it is asking for many unreasonable permissions.
App crashes upon selecting preferred Dealer, nearly impossible to register, a big company like Kia having such worst app is unbelievable..
Linked with car and phone ok, could not find my preferred dealer said it didn't exist and when I put the vin numbe in it said there was no such number..min a foreign language!!
Can't login at all despite having the correct VIN number. Keeps giving an error message stating the VIN does not exist.
Very bad app. When opening the app, it's always saying webpage not available..

Does not have Australia as a country selection so could not progress past the first page

Rubbish. I really want to use this app but keeps telling me, in bloody Spanish, that the vin is wrong. Very disappointing kia.

my account is locked and I am trying to follow the steps to unlock it but the app is taking me to a stupid loop to reset the password with no success. and why my account get locked if I don't use it for more than three months in the first place! I do service my car every 4 months, there is no logic on putting this security policy for this app.
