The app is fine for the most part. Tired of my store: double charging, not charging advertised price (602 points minus 370 does not equate to me having 86 left), and not actually getting the card registered when I make purchases. I will go waste my money at 7-11 instead.

I seriously love the kickback rewards system! It's genius and very easy to use, whether you use the app, phone number or physical card at check out. I would definitely & have already recommended using the app and the rewards system in general to plenty of people! ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜. Thanks KB

After today I'm done using this service. Problems keep coming up, my points aren't being added to my balance after purchases and I keep getting card error when trying to log into my account.

The app used to be great till it was refaced. Would be great if the club section was behind a button again instead of scroll thing that messes up and makes it harder to find what youre looking for

I just installed this app on my new phone and I can't remember the PIN code. When tapping on the "forgot PIN" link, the app just closes.

Doesn't work. I cannot register my card. The submit button does nothing. Trying the forgot pin link on the login screen crashes the app

I downloaded the app, set up my account, and transferred my points, no problems whatsoever!! Love kickback 💯!!

It's nice to get the rewards I wish the fantasy football worked right every time I go into it it says error. I wanted to take advantage of that also to gain points unfortunately it's never working.

Places I go to not listed in kb app. And places that I used kb at no longer take kb they all switch reward programs. This card is officially useless to me. Thanks for all the reward points I can't use anywhere.

Better 4 years ago, but more stations (Phillips 66 and ConocoPhillips) are taking kickback cards. I will start using more in the future. I will re-rate in a few months. ✌

I love getting extra for my money and this is the best I have ever had. Every dollar adds up for points which spend like cash. It's a great deal.

is there any way you could implement like a qr code scanner or something? or maybe being able to send an email to reset the pin on a card? cause like, i am unable to reset my pin cause i either dont have time to call or im at school.

Have receipt for card and place I used never got credit, called support told to talk to store manager. It's a data collecting scam.

Utterly Worthless. overpriced fuel with rewards for throwing your money away. The Alamosa stations won't upgrade their freakishly SLOWWWWW pumps, so I don't buy from these Morons!!!

works, but tells me my card number is not correct. but sometimes when it does work it tells me my pin is incorrect. cant check my points when i need to the most :(

I've been unable to login. I forgot my pin but every time I click the "forgot my pin" button, I get kicked out of the app. Help!

Worked fine until new update now when trying to open it app force closes it self..worked good before update...will fix rating once its fixed

Never got the 100 points. Tried asking clerk, she had no idea. What's going on? I recieved an email thanking me ??? And in appreciation we're awarding you 100 points. I never got them, i asked the clerk at gas station where i got the card and she couldn't find out anything.

I recieved email awhile ago kickback quit doing this and they cancelled eceryones cards. Stores are asking me again if I have one.

I registered my card online. but when I go into the store it shows that my card is not active I have over 600 points and I can't even use them

Loved it when i stayed at the motel 6 next door but my ex ruined that. Love how u get points when u buy stuff. Kinda like it better than AM/PM and 7-eleven.

Never logged in. App wanted way too much personal info for a discount card. Shame on them.
