Overall this is a great app. However, whenever the app is counting down the seconds, it always pauses my audio that is either on YouTube and other sources, which is a little inconvenient as I like listening to podcasts while training. Proper schedule of moves to be done in a day as per beginner, intermediate and advance level which makes it easier to do the stances and not learn everything in a day. Though as I have been trained in martial art previously I felt during kicks the blocks are not there which is disadvantage for a new learner as it will stay with him and he will face problem during fights.

I wish if you could make some stuffs about flexibility and fitness required by mma fighters in all divisions and some grappling techniques.

Good app. Easy to use and follow. Enjoy using it. Only two issues. 1. The fitness report is not smart enough to record when I do two or more sessions in a day. Needs fixing as it does not reflect the actual calories burnt in a day. 2. I would like to pick my own exercises in the workout generator

Not bad. But the voice assistant is kind of annoying, because it's interrupting me from listening to my music every 5 seconds or so lol. Great app over all and could use a slight change in variations per work out.

Update: 3-30-21 still will not show when I've completed a program. Getting frustrating because having to mark on paper which one I'll be on next. I would give it a full 5 stars if ever since I've started on the intermittent trainings... it won't show 100% on all the ones I've already done like on the beginner ones. I also bought the lifetime access and still doesn't work right.

It's a great app, but I wish there was more explaining on how to do the movements for beginners, a way to sync with Google Fit, and a way to change the music or use music from another app, cause the one it uses gets boring after a while...

Its 2 slow moves need to be same as in real life plus need more combos all at once. you need a reset timmer for rest 1 minute to 30 sec before you start the next workout. Plus need 3mins - 5 mins durations plus 10 - 15 rounds and call out combos 1,2,1,2 or straight,cross,lead hook,duck,weave..... as it trains you as for rating app 1 star.

Great app easy to learn. I go to a school that's always got fights going on (my friend got his nose broke before lockdown as an example.) This app has definitely made me feel more confident. I'm not the best when It comes to physicality but this app has helped my feel I can defend myself without weeks of weightlifting and push ups.

this is the best cardio workout app i have ever seen that includes fighting techniques as well as defence . i will not lie to you :: sweat is dripping off the tip of my nose just after the first day 1 beginner workout. conclusion : 100% efficient app. although the app is good , the premium pack is just not worth 990 INR ( the only fault is this)

Only a few basic exercises are available for free which makes the app useless. The ads make the app somewhat laggy. I'd recommend using an app called ”Fighting Trainer“ as it's a lot better and everything is free.

Not bad for a free trial. Got the Taekwondo one myself. If you're gonna incorporate this into whatever you're doing I highly recommend getting a book on the techniques themselves. Videos help too on how to use them.
