My boss may be do it. At least it's better on my tablet than on my phone. I can at least see it. Still can't figure out why it won't keep me logged in when I'm not using it. I should be able to just pull it up, anytime, anywhere, and be logged in.
Would love if the estimates/work scheduled/reminders would move to the next day or show somewhere that they had not been marked as completed, so that you would not forget anything missed. Also, a picture could be assigned as a visual indicator of the contact or job (similar to Trello) where you could see a list of all your current jobs on one page.
They need to start training people on how to complete jobs and not just blindly send contracted technicians out on jobs. Then on top of that they want you to sign an agreement that your fully responsible for any damage which may arise from the job being done.....PASS APP seemed to work fine
This app works well less than half the time. My team can not depend on using it to get the scheduled work done.
This app is becoming a serious pain in the arse. It keeps crashing and is totally unreliable.
This app is pretty pointless if you can't use it. It's been down for so long. I wish my company would find a reliable app to use.
Lots of trouble trying to log in - administrator changed passwords for me - but still impossibe

There was nothing wrong with the old one I don't know why you changed it now I cannot see the calendar for the week on one page I have to look at it day-by-day and hour-by-hour it's very inconvenient
Constant issues. Takes months for issues to get fixed. More issues get created when things do get fixed.
It was generally good, until the latest update. Created more bugs than it fixed, and that was across 2 different versions of Android. Now it's buggy/frequently crashes/cannot finish jobs at all at best. Won't run at all on the other

Unfortunately this app shuts its self down everytime i try to log in. Bummer. My company just started using it.
Severely limited functionality when compared to the web app. As a matter of fact, the mobile friendly web-app is much better; even after considering the UI/UX issues that come from trying to use a web-app on a phone. Please, please, please release a robust mobile app ASAP!
Not intuitive at all, tried on computer, wasted 20 minutes finding right algorithm to schedule customer, got confused with million useless functions. Then decided to try mobal app since they should be more user friendly and have less functionality, another 10 minutes of wasted time. And they seriously want money for it? Would not use it for free.
Third try is the charm! The current updated version of the app is now applicable enough to have my employees use out in the field! The interface is user friendly, the app is stable, and quickly trainable for new employees. Note: the app is designed for the technicians in the field rather than for administrative use since the app does not have any filtering capabilities (i.e. filtering to see only certain user/employees' events for the day). With that in mind, this app is perfect for ONLY technicians in the field that DON'T HAVE PERMISSIONS GRANTING THEM TO VIEW OTHER EMPLOYEES' SCHEDULES.
The app is fine. Only annoying issue is I dont need to be notified 10 times for the same job. Can't stand that. Notify me once and that's it.
Stupid waste of money, time and effort. Takes away one of two jobs the office personnel have. That's a plus answer the phone and schedule jobs and the app could pay for it self ... brilliant. Super easy user friendly navigation with cute emojis to boot. Loving it. Billing, estimates, incorrect service times and personnel information easily accessible remotely with two bit security firmware versions no update is going to fix. But there's definitely no need for improvement on this app keep up the flawlessness
Not able to download. Uninstaller to see if search would work. Did not have the search option one contacts. Have to scroll through which takes or forever or end up with a blank screen.
