Recently downloaded the app and was very disappointed. I can't view any of the sneakers that I'm interested in. Please fix it so I can give a better rating.
The reason for the one star is the log in credential authentication system is off I logged in with my credentials my google account and there is no function listed to allow it on the app just Facebook sign on I logged in with my email and google pass word that correspond with it only to get the credentials failure error message uninstalling unstable I'll connect through the website directly. Thanks
I have had nothing but headaches trying to order from this company. They have items posted that aren't in stock. They cancel my orders without clear information as to why. I registered for an account that won't let me use my password or reset it. Couldn't order on website but no instructions saying you must order through app. Customer service friendly but not really solving my problems

I shot this store frequently for my son's Jordan clothes and you can catch a good deal but sometimes if you don't it can be mighty pricey. The app itself is a good app so far I just tried it out this week and wait and see what they do have a lot of stuff on the app that they don't have in the store.
Easy to find the kicks you're looking for
It wasn't horrible, but now it just opens to a mostly blank page with Snipes atthe top, nothing more.
At First I was in love with the app,but now it's acting Stupid! And Snipes is having a sale on my All Time favorite Sneakers! And I can't even take advantage of the sale that's going on! The app won't show prices! The app won't go to my Shopping cart The app won't go to my Favorites 😔
I know they just renew the app but this app have a lot of bugs and glitches they need to fix it's still hard to navigate or to open up any page get a lot of errors
Can someone help every time I go to enter a store raffle it puts me in a que. Sometime have to wait over an hour to get through. This isn't a shoe drop there shouldn't be a que anyone else have this problem and how do I get rid of it.

Too much log in problems. The app only let's you pay with paypal. You have to go to the website to pay with card. Useless app.
this is pathetic. I dont think one aspect of this app works. its just a mirror of their website and its literally telling me i have to download the app, while im using the app! wont even let you purchase things. awful
Its nice to find such a variety. App is easy to navigate. Prices are affordable. Very pleased so far.
Do not purchase anything from this app. If you think you're gonna get a refund, forget it they will take your money and you have to eat the shipping to send the item back to them.

Login Issue ! I couldn't log in even with correct user ID and passwords. Website login works fine. How can I solve this error ?

The app just directs you to the website. It says a new app is coming, but it's been 4 months since they said that. Also, when I go to the store, I ask them how to sign up for raffles and they tell me that on the bottom of the app, the raffle will appear but it doesn't. Is Snipes trying to sell sneakers or not?

Zero Stars to be exact. They been building a new app for months. Never released it. Every reputable shoe store has an app.
They need to move to raffles for shoe releases. The site becomes unusable when battling the bots for shoes.
Not in sync with email info. My email says to enter raffle thru the app but once on the app no raffle is available. Very irritating
