Cant Login but works on Website. My email and password works on the site but not on the app. I've emailed them 4 times to cancel but no response. You can't cancel your subscription online. Starting to feel like this is a scam.
Can't log in on the app at all. I ordered 4 boxes for the first time... i only received 1 box so far but no word about the other 3... not sure if the app is just glitchy or of the whole operation is glitchy...too soon to tell, box one was decent
Just couldn't get it right...three or four different orders and every one of them arrived with different sizes than what I ordered, and they were always too small for my girls never too big, at least if they were too big they could grow into them but instead of going through the hassle of sending them back and receiving new ones I ended up giving them away! Waste of money!
I love the styles and the fact that you can try them and keep what you want and then your charged after my son decides which he likes the best. And the fact that you can help other children is a blessing and I just found this out. Excellent kids clothing app. RECOMMENDED TO ALL.Im trying to figure out how to submit his picture.
The app doesn't work on my phone and hasn't for some time. I love the clothes but notice the seams often pop and I spend entirely too much money to have this issue with the pieces sent. I love the styles but quality needs to be better.
This is one of the best clothing companies for children out there.. and I've tried a few. The app is so useful in everything you need for being a part of their subscription. You can do anything on the app that you can do on the website just easier. I'd give 10 stars if I could!
I started you using kidbox about a year ago and the first when we got I was pretty surprised at how nice the quality was of the clothing as the kid boxes we ordered progressed the selections of clothing continue to match my son's taste more and more. the last box we got was absolutely amazing! So many items for the price it's such a deal and I would recommend it to anybody!
I like this new concept. The clothes are of great quality and style. I also purchased the undergarments box, it was also great. The clothes are definitely worth the price and as an added bonus they donate to others. So far so good!
My Daughter loves the clothes. Great quality and nice name brand. $98 is a great price for everything you get. Not to mention you get to support a child in need when you keep the whole box. Bonus is this very easy use app that takes care of all your needs for the kidbox..Glad I decided to give them a try.
The app makes it super easy to update my sons clothing preferences and always accurate with shipping. I like the detailed information and that the app is not super busy.
I have recieved two kidbox's so far and I really like the styles and brands. My son love to see what he has recieved too! It's a fun surprise and you get to help other while getting cute clothes for your kids! I recommend this service!
They sent all the clothes to small and they kept sending me the same items and then they keep trying to take money out of my account within me even ordering anything and the app doesn't even let me login so it's not like I could delete my information this is terrible experience I am never ordering from them again
Keep getting a no connection error rather in on wifi or cellular connections this is the only app that gives the issue in posting this review from the same connection the app couldn't use
I cannot use this app. It will not let me hit the "get started button. If i do manage it says, "Oops something went wrong!"
Convenient for returns and exchanges. I also love that when the box is shipped, the app shows you exactly what you received in the box.
I can't open the app. Every time I try to log in, it says, "No connection". I even uninstalled and installed it again and got the same error.
Simple app for a simple yet awesome company. They don't have many features on the website and the app matches. Runs smooth.
Absolutely incredible! I don't have to accept what I don't like and they include the postage to send back what I don't want. My daughter loves it :) Fun little gifts as well. Not just clothes all the time. It is so neat!

loved our kids boxes! they were excited about them as well! there are always extras in there like coloring sheets, stickers, ect. definately my favorite kid subscription that we get!
I've been trying to open this app on and off for 3 hours straight. It won't open and it keeps telling me that there's a problem or something went wrong. Please fix the problem thank you

best clothing subscription yet! so cheap and for name brand clothing. the best part about it tho is the fact that they help and support charity. also children help run the company :D
This kicks me off the App every time I put my daughter's size in. I would give it 0 stars but unfortunately it doesn't offer that. Kidbox fix your App please!!
Hard to rate an app higher than one star, actually should be zero stars, when the app doesn't even let me login, in just errors out and says try again later.
First of all, I would just like to say that I LOVE KIDBOX - well, the service, at least. Unfortunately, the app is useless to me. Even after triple-checking (and, eventually, even resetting) login information/ password, I am unable to log in - repeatedly receiving 'The password and email you entered don't match' message.
