My son loves the game but we spent $9.99 for the remove full screen ads and we keep getting ads (device restarted and logged on/off/months account). Also we bought bundle pack 1 looks like the credit card got charged but didn't get the stuff. I hope you can help me to figure it out. Thanks

I love kiddy run game alot ,i am now in level 24 from my other phone, what i hate about when i reached level 20 one character should have change but it didnt't change,that's my only problem,i hope when i reach 25 the last character.i cant open the after an update.I can't open it anymore,i updated it two times already n it still can't open ,i'm so sick of game,I'm so done with this game
