I got one for each of my kids. My sons's works great, but my daughter's won't reset at the end of the day. We also have problems getting it to sync. I have tried to find a way to contact the company, but I have had no luck. I wish I would have read the reviews before I wasted my money. It would be great if xdoria would stand behind their product and help all of us who are having the same problem!
My daughter's kidfit worked excellent for the first three days and then it stopped resetting the days, it has a continuous count. We are currently at 32000 steps. Have I done something wrong? Shouldn't it reset the counter every day? The sleep tracker continues to work correctly while the distance tracker malfunctions. Is this a hardware or software issue? Please advise. This is good
I've had this thing for 3 days and have problems with it every day. Most recently my son's stopped changing days so he starts the day with his score from the previous day. What a piece of junk. Even my phone has a basic pedometer app that works properly. This fit bit can't do the one job it was made to do, record steps.
I love this app because it works well with the kidbit and gives you motivation to get up and exercise. In case no one knew, to get the app to change you have to sync your kidbit by pressing the button.

Good app, works well on Nexus 7 despite manufacturers suggestion that it doesn't work on tablets. Did have the issue that others have reported where the device seemed to not be resetting it's counter each day, upon contacting the companies support email I received a very quick response which resolved the problem.
